YouTube Debate
Not Over Yet
That's not all, folks!
The Democratic YouTube debate is far from over. The 39 selected videos -- and responses to those videos -- now live here, where the CNN/YouTube marriage get its fair share of criticism. (There's a vid titled: "Debate Videos Should Have Been Voted On.") A vid response wonders, "Is Dennis Kucinich for everything?" Another asks if a Clinton/Edwards ticket is possible. (Umm...why? Because Hillary needs to know if she's got the right kind of coat on?) So far more than 70 vid responses have been posted.
Sam Feist, a political director at CNN, was on the team that winnowed down the nearly 3,000 submissions to the lucky 39. He tells The Post that he's not sure what kind of tinkering, if any, is needed for the Republican CNN/YouTube format, scheduled for Sept. 17 in St. Petersburg, Fla. "It's really about the questions we get," he told us.
