Biden on Air in Iowa
Sen. Joseph Biden looks directly into the camera with "Action," a new TV ad that airs starting Wednesday in Iowa, touting his foreign policy experience. It's his first television spot of the campaign season, and he's trying to raise money to keep the ad on the air in Iowa in order to put the message "in front of crucial, undecided voters."
