Obama Express Heading for Harrisburg

By Shailagh Murray
WYNNEWOOD, Pa. -- Sen. Barack Obama sounded the horn and called out across the platform, "Everybody get on board now." And the "On Track for Change" express rolled out of Philadelphia's 30th St. station for a whistlestop tour across southeastern Pennsylvania.

As primary season political theater goes, this rates pretty high on the "wow" factor. Obama's antique "Georgia 300" car, hooked to the end of three ordinary Amtrak cars, is decorated with patriotic bunting and an illuminated "Obama '08" medallion. Leased out for special events -- and used by Sen. John Kerry during his presidential bid -- the car comes equipped with a chrome kitchen (stocked with olive oil and cooking wine); a formal dining room; and a sleeping compartment with a double bed and pink bedspread. Even in the Amtrak café car, the tables are covered with white linens.

Obama is scheduled to make eight stops along the route, which follows the famous "Main Line" through Bryn Mawr and ends in Harrisburg tonight. He is joined for the day by Sen. Robert Casey and his wife and three daughters, big supporters who leaned on their wavering dad to endorse Obama. It's casual day on the campaign trail. For once, Obama has shed his jacket and tie and rolled up his sleeves.

At the first stop, Wynnewood, Obama was greeted by 6,000 supporters, and he delivered the same new speech he gave last night in Philadelphia before 35,000 people, a campaign record. In his remarks, Obama gave equal time to his Democratic rival, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, and his potential Republican foe, Sen. John McCain, depicting them as creatures of a hopelessly corrupt Washington political system.

One line that went over particularly well: "I'm not interested in having a debate about a flag pin."

Obama's a brilliant, compassionate, hard working man who understands and repects the Constitution. He will have an awful mess to clean up when he gets to the WH. My major concern now is to make sure we send a big, new, enthusiastic bunch of Democrats to Congress to work with him to repair the country after these past 8 years of the Bush disaster. Just think, in 4 years we could see our soldiers back here where they belong, our economy ADDING instead of losing jobs, regulations to control the rapacious mortgage and financial services industries. A health care insurance system that people can afford. More funding for education and revision of the stupid NCLB Act. A whole new day for AMerica.

Yes we can!

Bill Clinton is suspected of the killing of Ron dare he act like he is sad about this man's death. He and Hillary are behind many other murders, scandals, kidnappings, rapes, etc. There are many books, documentaries, and literature available for a great read. We aren't going to even begin to speak on all of the illegal affiliations, shrewed illegal business dealings, payoffs, arabian oil money, chinese and columbian business deals, rich lobbyist and special interest groups, donors to the Clinton library and we also won't ask for those 2007 tax returns. Need I go on...this is certainly not the type of President that I would want to be role models for my children. America certainly deserves better. We are tired of the polarizing family hierachies of the Bush and Clinton Families. They both should leave the country and go where they have received all of their millions. Interestingly, the Clintons have made more than the dumb President. But McCain and his wife's fortune are on the same page in terms of wealth with the Clintons. And they both have the nerve to call Obama an elitist. Our country doesn't need another term of McBush and America also doesn't need another 4 years of the polarizing, scandulous Clintonian rule either. I too, would love to see a woman President but not this NUT! Are we so upset with America and the Bush rule that we are experiencing a bit of amnesia and have forgotten how happy we were when Bill Clinton was finally kicked out of his term before they impeached him? Are the women who support her that angry with men that they will vote for Sean Hannity's clonies or give up their pride because they are so upset and obsessessed with the fact that they hate men. lol--LMAO...I feel sorry for this gang...I call them the bitter bag ladies! hahahaha...:-) Are we woman so upset with the way that we have been treated by our men that we are going to take it out on the black man....he didn't treat us women like's our wonderful white men that we have supported. I am tired of them treating us like Bill Clinton treated Hillary. But I am not dumb enough to blame it on poor Barak. He's got his own problems. He's bi-racial and had a hard life himself. I can't take my pathetic problems out on him. I am pro-women with the women libbers but I can't blame the black man for what my white man has done to me. I am voting because I want the best govern for the U.S. Regardless if he's white, green, black, purple or brown. I dont want someone like Hillary governing the US and I am a proud white woman who believes that one day very soon we will have a woman President. Just not Hillary...Thank you Jesus

Thugs R US - The Obama Campaign

Obama is nasty, ruthless and utilizes techniques not unlike those of a street hoodlum. He recently gave Hillary the finger and laughed about it on Public TV. How did he get away with this? He also stole his position as senator by stealing it from the other contenders by having all his competition unfairly disqualified.

Besides this he is surrounded by unsavory characters such as Ayers of the violent group Weather Underground, the white hating Rev. Wright and Senator Meeks, a wife who openly hates America, his Kenyan half brother Islamic Jihad terrorist Abongo "Roy" Obama, or his Jewish/Israeli hating best friend Rashid Khalidi, or his close advisor Robert Malley who advocates supporting and helping the terrorist group Hamas, or Mr. McPeaks, Obama's military advisor who open believes American Jews are the "problem." and "Christian Zionists were driving America's policy in Iraq to benefit Israel," or Obama's super delegate and major long term supporter Senator Meeks who openly hates and distrust all whites and gays or Obama's most dangerous affiliation to Mr. Auchi who was Saddam Hussein right hand man and made billions in Iraq and has been a important supporter and behind the scene man throughout Obama's rise to power.

Is this the role model we want for our children?
Do we hate ourselves so much as to elect someone into office who is so clearly intent on destroying this country, intentionally or inadvertently? Or are we blinded by our fear of not wanting to seem racially prejudice so we vote for skin color and not the man.

Why is it that Hillary's supporters seem to be totally out of touch with reality, bitter, angry women who hate men....God knows, they will kill a black man if they could. Why are they taking out their frustrations with men on Barak Obama? He's a black man he doesn't have anything to do with the oppression that your men has put you under. You are taking your frustrations out on the wrong man. You have defended and praised your white men for many years and have tolerated the treatment which was forced on you. This isn't Barak's fault. You are angry and pissed off with the wrong man! He's had a very rough road too, sweetie. Take your frustrations out on the men in your lives who have dissapointed you. Or better yet, go and see a shrink. But to post the horrible comments on this board that you have posted shows just how much you need a shrink! LMAO....Something's wrong. Are you guys mad at Bill for the way that he's treated Hillary and is taking it out on Barak? It seems like there is a little bit of displaced anger! lol

No way. He tried to get her to drop out by using Rockefeller & friends to piss and moan about having to actually campaign here. He didn't want us to have a choice, just like he doesn't want FL and MI counted. If he can get an easy win, he wants the competitor to quit.

Funny how he loves the endorsements of people like Kerry, Daschle, etc.

If Florida and Michigan is not counted, this nomination is flawed and should be rejected. Obama wants to keep Florida and Michigan out which in terms of population is equal to keeping 20 states out ( like Arkansas, Kansas, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, West Virginia, Nebraska, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Montana, Delaware, South Dakota, Alaska, North Dakota, Vermont, Washington DC and Wyoming).
I am surprised not a single Obama maniacs are responding to this math and they are the ones with the so called "mail order degreed" supporters who drink only at Starbucks. These 2 states are more important than the 20 rigged caucus states which Obama has "won".

The war in Irak has to be ended in a responsible way and the economy has to be put in order etc... VOTE FOR HILLARY CLINTON

Legislation was presented on the federal level and in various states called the Born Alive Infants Protection Act (BAIPA). It stated all live-born babies were guaranteed the same constitutional right to equal protection, whether or not they were wanted. President Bush signed BAIPA into law in 2002.
But in Illinois, the state version of BAIPA repeatedly failed, thanks in large part to then-state Sen. Barack Obama.
It only passed in 2005, after Obama left.
I testified in 2001 and 2002 before a committee of which Obama was a member.
Obama articulately worried that legislation protecting live aborted babies might infringe on women's rights or abortionists' rights. Obama's clinical discourse, his lack of mercy, shocked me. I was naive back then. Obama voted against the measure, twice. It ultimately failed.
In 2003, as chairman of the next Senate committee to which BAIPA was sent, Obama stopped it from even getting a hearing, shelving it to die much like babies were still being shelved to die in Illinois hospitals and abortion clinics.

In February 2004, U.S. Senate candidate Barack Obama's wife, Michelle, sent a fund-raising letter with the "alarming news" that "right-wing politicians" had passed a law stopping doctors from stabbing half-born babies in the neck with scissors, suctioning out their brains and crushing their skulls.
Michelle called partial-birth abortion "a legitimate medical procedure," and wouldn't supporters please pay $150 to attend a luncheon for her husband, who would fight against "cynical ploy[s]" to stop it?

Hillary Clinton fired from Watergate work for lies, unethical behavior

The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillary's history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther - and goes much deeper - than anyone realizes

When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation.

"Because she was a liar," Zeifman said in an interview last week. "She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality."

That's Hillary. And she hasn't changed.

Sen. Obama's favorite bus ride through the Philly's mainline with lot of wealthy towns and colleges, rather than industrious Scranton is an indication that he is an elitist far above the small-town America, which sen. Clinton has more chance to win in November.

Large numbers of Republicans have been voting for Barack Obama in the DEMOCRATIC primaries, and caucuses from early on. Because they feel he would be a weaker opponent against John McCain. With Hillary Clinton you are almost 100% certain to get quality, affordable universal health care very soon.

But first, all of you have to make certain that Hillary Clinton takes the democratic nomination and then the Whitehouse. NOW! is the time. THIS! is the moment you have all been working, and waiting for. You can do this America. "Carpe diem" (harvest the day).

I think Hillary Clinton see's a beautiful world of plenty for all. She's a woman, and a mother. And it's time America. Do this for your-selves, and your children's future. You will have to work together on this and be aggressive, relentless, and creative. Americans face an even worse catastrophe ahead than the one you are living through now.

You see, the medical and insurance industry mostly support the republicans with the money they ripped off from you. And they don't want you to have quality, affordable universal health care. They want to be able to continue to rip you off, and kill you and your children by continuing to deny you life saving medical care that you have already paid for. So they can continue to make more immoral profits for them-selves.

Hillary Clinton has actually won by much larger margins than the vote totals showed. And lost by much smaller vote margins than the vote totals showed. Her delegate count is actually much higher than it shows. And higher than Obama's. She also leads in the electoral college numbers that you must win to become President in the November national election. HILLARY CLINTON IS ALREADY THE TRUE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE!

As much as 30% of Obama's primary, and caucus votes are Republicans trying to choose the weakest democratic candidate for McCain to run against. These Republicans have been gaming the caucuses where it is easier to vote cheat. This is why Obama has not been able to win the BIG! states primaries. Even with Republican vote cheating help.

Hillary Clinton has been OUT MANNED! OUT GUNNED! and OUT SPENT! 4 and 5 to 1. Yet Obama has only been able to manage a very tenuous, and questionable tie with Hillary Clinton.

If Obama is the democratic nominee for the national election in November he will be slaughtered. Because the Republican vote cheating help will suddenly evaporate. All of this vote fraud and republican manipulation has made Obama falsely look like a much stronger candidate than he really is. YOUNG PEOPLE. DON'T BE DUPED! Think about it. You have the most to lose.

The democratic party needs to fix this outrage. Everyone needs to throw all your support to Hillary Clinton NOW! So you can end this outrage against YOU the voter, and against democracy.

The democratic party, and the super-delegates have a decision to make. Are the democrats, and the democratic party going to choose the DEMOCRATIC party nominee to fight for the American people. Or are the republicans going to choose the DEMOCRATIC party nominee through vote fraud, and gaming the DEMOCRATIC party primaries, and caucuses.

Fortunately the Clinton's have been able to hold on against this fraudulent outrage with those repeated dramatic comebacks of Hillary Clinton's. Only the Clinton's are that resourceful, and strong. Hillary Clinton is your NOMINEE. They are the best I have ever seen.

"This is not a game" (Hillary Clinton)

If you think like Barack Obama, that WORKING CLASS PEOPLE are just a bunch of "BITTER"!, STUPID, PEASANTS, Cash COWS!, and CANNON FODDER. :-(

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think Barack Obama with little or no experience would be better than Hillary Clinton with 35 years experience.

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think that Obama with no experience can fix an economy on the verge of collapse better than Hillary Clinton. Whose ;-) husband (Bill Clinton) led the greatest economic expansion, and prosperity in American history.

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think that Obama with no experience fighting for universal health care can get it for you better than Hillary Clinton. Who anticipated this current health care crisis back in 1993, and fought a pitched battle against overwhelming odds to get universal health care for all the American people.

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think that Obama with no experience can manage, and get us out of two wars better than Hillary Clinton. Whose ;-) husband (Bill Clinton) went to war only when he was convinced that he absolutely had to. Then completed the mission in record time against a nuclear power. AND DID NOT LOSE THE LIFE OF A SINGLE AMERICAN SOLDIER. NOT ONE!

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think that Obama with no experience saving the environment is better than Hillary Clinton. Whose ;-) husband (Bill Clinton) left office with the greatest amount of environmental cleanup, and protections in American history.

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think that Obama with little or no education experience is better than Hillary Clinton. Whose ;-) husband (Bill Clinton) made higher education affordable for every American. And created higher job demand and starting salary's than they had ever been before or since.

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think that Obama with no experience will be better than Hillary Clinton who spent 8 years at the right hand of President Bill Clinton. Who is already on record as one of the greatest Presidents in American history.

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think that you can change the way Washington works with pretty speeches from Obama, rather than with the experience, and political expertise of two master politicians ON YOUR SIDE like Hillary and Bill Clinton..

You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you think all those Republicans voting for Obama in the Democratic primaries, and caucuses are doing so because they think he is a stronger Democratic candidate than Hillary Clinton. :-)

Best regards

jacksmith... Working Class :-)

p.s. You Might Be An Idiot! :-)

If you don't know that the huge amounts of money funding the Obama campaign to try and defeat Hillary Clinton is coming in from the insurance, and medical industry, that has been ripping you off, and killing you and your children. And denying you, and your loved ones the life saving medical care you needed. All just so they can make more huge immoral profits for them-selves off of your suffering...

You see, back in 1993 Hillary Clinton had the audacity, and nerve to try and get quality, affordable universal health care for everyone to prevent the suffering and needless deaths of hundreds of thousands of you each year. :-)

Approx. 100,000 of you die each year from medical accidents from a rush to profit by the insurance, and medical industry. Another 120,000 of you die each year from treatable illness that people in other developed countries don't die from. And I could go on, and on...

The next time someone tries to tell you that Obama is unpatriotic, or that he "hates America", or that he's a Muslim plant, ask yourself who would benefit from things staying exactly the same as they are now?

Gas is inching toward $4.00 a gallon, who's getting rich?

Healthcare costs are rising 12% a year, who's getting richer?

The war in Iraq is costing taxpayers 12 Billion dollars a month, who's getting richest?

Old politics tries to scare you, fool you, and make you turn away. Old politics thinks you're stupid. But you can tell old politics "not this time!"

Americans are good, honest, hardworking people who just want to see practical solutions to the problems we face. We are tired of lobbyists getting their way, writing million dollar checks while we get to write a letter.

It's time to change that, to get off our duffs and get to work. Washington won't change unless we force it to change. Elected officials will answer to those who hold the purse strings, and Barack Obama has been funded by regular people instead of lobbyists and Pacs. We are the ones funding this campaign. Not the oil companies, the defense contractors, and the drug companies. They will have to get in line behind ordinary Americans when it comes time to pass legislation in Washington.

As the oil war and the economic quagmire hurt more and more people, the only thing the Republicans can talk about is lapel pins. Too bad for the Republicans, the Clintons already hit him with the kitchen sink. That which does not kill you makes you stronger.

I can't wait for the McCain v Obama battle.
Whose pastor is the greater bigot? Whose friends are more corrupt? Obama can go negative to negative with McCain and clean his clock, just like he did to the Clintons. What is McCain going to say, Obama isn't a tough enough to beat the North Koreans? Everybody will laugh.

This country, when it is well led, can lead the world in any direction it wants to go.
