Palin Stays on the Offensive at Huge Va. Rally

By Juliet Eilperin
RICHMOND -- GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin continued attacking Democratic nominee Barack Obama before a crowd of roughly 20,000 outside the Richmond International Raceway, while also promising that she and John McCain would help revive the U.S. economy.

Suggesting that Obama would undermine a possible American victory in Iraq -- "Just once I would like to hear Barack Obama say he'd like America to win" -- Palin said the Democrat would jeopardize the economy further by raising taxes and expanding the federal government.

"America, we cannot just afford another big spender in the White House," Palin said before the enthusiastic audience. "Our country is facing tough times, and needs a tough man as president."

While McCain unveiled a new campaign speech today, Palin stuck largely to her traditional script this afternoon -- devoting nearly as much time to discussing the special needs of her son Trig, the need for expanded drilling and her plans to reform Washington as to McCain's economic plan.

Saying she planned to spend time focused on disabled children if elected this fall, Palin argued that all children deserved to be "in the circle of protection" even if they had disabilities.

"There's the world's standard of perfection, and then there are God's," Palin said, to cheers. "And these are the final measure, and every child is beautiful before God, and precious for their own sake."

The crowd was made up almost entirely of committed partisans: many attendees waited for hours in the blistering heat for Palin to arrive and chanted "No-bama!" and "We want FOX!" in the run-up to her speech.

The crowd was so large, in fact, that some supporters standing far back from the stage began chanting 'Louder, louder!' midway through Palin's speech after she had paid homage to military veterans in the crowd.

Palin, who assumed they were protesters, said in response to the chants, "I hope those protesters have the courage and honor to give veterans thanks for their right to protest."

Former Virginia attorney general Jerry Kilgore kicked off the rally with a prayer asking God "for your protection and guidance" as Republicans sought to put McCain and Palin in the White House.

"We are thankful for these leaders who are not afraid to stand up for their beliefs," intoned Kilgore, McCain's Virginia campaign co-chair. "We are thankful for John McCain and Sarah Palin, and feel that they are just the leaders we need in such a time as this."

But even the loyal Republicans gathered here said they hoped Palin and GOP presidential nominee John McCain would shift their campaign back to the question of the nation's economy.

Holly Baker, a 61-year old retired military nurse from Williamsburg, said she understood why McCain had focused on linking Obama to former Weather Underground member William Ayers but did not see it as helping sway undecided voters.

"What he's been saying about character is relevant, but people are more worried about the economy and the issues, where they're going to get their next cup of coffee, their next bag of groceries," Baker said. "In that respect, that's what he needs to focus on, the economy and what people care about."

Some GOP backers said they hoped the campaign wouldn't jettison the character attacks altogether, but would emphasize economic and national security issues in the remaining weeks before the election.

"I don't know that it's been effective in any way, shape or form, but I think it needs to be discussed, and discussed openly," said Ann Walsh, a 50-year old small business owner in Stanton who said she sees McCain as more credible than Obama. "I think Senator McCain needs to talk more about security and the economy. I think, for me, it would boost his campaign."

Kilgore sought to bolster the mood of the crowd by attacking the media, suggesting reporters were trying to distort the public's perception of the race.

"Now I'm not sure who answers all those national polls but if we took a poll today, it would be John McCain in a landslide," he said, prompting cheers from the audience.

"Now my friends, the liberal elite" -- a round of boos ensured -- "they want you to believe this race is over." After another chorus of boos, Kilgore said: "They want you to give up, they want you to stay home. Thank God you didn't listen. We are on the verge of a great victory, and victory starts right here in Virginia."

Hank Williams Jr. took up the same theme when he sang a tune of the "McCain-Palin tradition." He mocked the "left-wing media" for writing negative stories about Republicans but quickly added, "The American people don't believe them anyway, you see."

All small minds hate their opponents more than heads with a broader view. An intelligent person respects an intelligent opponent. This was so in university classes & it is true in team work in industry & lastly also in governance.

To drive away your opposition is wrong. An opponent keeps on sharp and sometimes it pays to incorporate him/her into the team. Not what Cheney/Bush did. They fired everyone with independent intelligence - they razed the executive, so that only yes-men remain. In a complex crisis, yes-men/women (i'm thinking of Condi Rice, as a yes-woman) is the last instrument that can think or act.

Paulsen, a Cheney/Bush yes-man, takes his cue from London's clear thinking. Late, several weeks late & not as decisively.

With the Palin/McCain Presidency to come, the same pattern will establish itself in Washington. Look how Palin treats Wooten, the State Trooper in distant Alaska. She literally regurgitates her opponents or those that disagree with her simplistic, muddied memorization attempts.

Small minds can't stand new ideas. Only their ideas must prevail. Basically, small minds are insecure. Their insecurity forces them to annihilate all other thoughts - only their black/white statements will do.

A good example of this self-oriented overkill: shooting wolves with automatic fire from circling helicopters. An image that will haunt the Palin/McCain Presidency internationally.

The truth is what the Palin/McCain Presidency reserves for female (pregnant) wolves is how it will treat detractors - gun them down! Fire them! Denigrate them!

The Republican answer of a small mind to life's complexity.

Palin accuses Obama of not ever saying he wants America to "win" in Irak. One simple question for Palin:

what do you mean by "winning"? What is a "win" in Irak? Everyone dead? Everyone speaking Alaskan American with your twang? Everyone worshiping christian gods in the sky? A country empty of all sans the (godly?) US Army? Did America "win" in Vietnam? In Afghanistan? What exactly is a "win" for you Gov. Palin. Hunting the last Iraki resistance with automatic fire from US helicopters? Imposing gun worship à la Republican on all ethnically-cleansed Irakis? Do Republicans, like you, from Wasilla, Alaska & elsewhere, dare to spell out what a Republican "win" in Irak would be?

You do not. To spell out what a Republican "win" in Irak is to you Republicans, Gov. Palin, would make the whole world, including half of the US, bend over in screeching uncontrollable laughter.

GOP Minister enlist God in an UnGodly way:

Unhelpful for establishing the tone McCain sought in Davenport was the Rev. Arnold Conrad, past pastor of the Grace Evangelical Free Church. His prayer before McCain arrived at the convention center blocks from the Mississippi River appeared to dismiss faiths other than Christianity and cast the election as a referendum on God himself.

"I would also pray, Lord, that your reputation is involved in all that happens between now and November, because there are millions of people around this world praying to their god _ whether it's Hindu, Buddha, Allah _ that his opponent wins, for a variety of reasons," Conrad said.

"And Lord, I pray that you would guard your own reputation, because they're going to think that their god is bigger than you, if that happens. So I pray that you will step forward and honor your own name with all that happens between now and Election Day," he said.

Well.....I have news for that devil posturing as a minister.

Jesus was anything but politically "conservative". He was morally conservative; a radical revolutionary that went after the abusive high priests (proxies of the government) and the colonial occupiers themselves (Roman Government).

He was from Jerusalem, a peasant town that was victim to exploitation from both within (High Priest) and without (Rome). His people weren't even considered Roman Citizens.

The political conservatives of today are no different. If you look at history you will find that it has been the political conservatives that have opposed any initiative that that Jesus' would have supported, civil rights movement (for ALL people), Equal Rights, Environmental Protection, etc.

When the GOP truely aligns themselves with the workings of Christ the better off they will be.

As it stands, they are a wolf in Christ's clothing.

The Democrats are not perfect, by far, but they, at least, TRY and treat the needs of the people as holy.

Also, why is "First Unwed Father" dropping out of high school to become an "apprentice electrician"? Why aren't Palin's school aged kids in school. Why can't we expect potential leaders to set a good example?

PALIN: MS HUBRIS, USA
In its modern usage, hubris denotes overconfident pride and arrogance; it is often associated with a lack of knowledge combined with a lack of humility. An accusation of hubris often implies that suffering or punishment will follow, similar to the occasional pairing of hubris and nemesis in the Greek world. The proverb "pride goes before a fall" is thought to sum up the modern definition of hubris. In reference to someone being in hubrity: hubrity is a fulfillment of being hubristic or a continual behavior of being prideful. Victor in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein exudes hubris in order to become a great scientist, but is eventually regretting this previous desire. Faustus in Christopher Marlowe's play Dr. Faustus exudes hubris, all the way until his final minutes of life.

It appears that the ceiling might be getting weaker and weaker, and that ceiling is over the democrats' house made of putty. Can you spell PRESIDENT McCAIN/VICE PRESIDENT SARAH PALIN and enough seats in congress to thwart the Nancy Peloser and Harry Reid dismantling of this country? Try it and see if you remember back when the democrats were leading up to the day before election day for the last two? Four Pinocchios for Sister Sarah

"Whether or not the Branchflower report -- which was launched by a bipartisan committee -- was a partisan smear job is debatable. What is not debatable is that the report clearly states that she violated the State Ethics Act. Palin has reasonable grounds for arguing that the report cleared her of "legal wrongdoing," since she did have the authority to fire Monegan. But it is the reverse of the truth to claim that she was cleared of "any hint of any kind of unethical activity.""

Based on data here...

http://www.disastercenter.com/crime/akcrime.htm

Alaska had an average of 308.79 rapes per year from 1960 - 2007.

At $300 - $1200 per rape kit that would have been $92,637.50 - $370,550.00 per year to pay for rape kits so that victims or their insurance companies would not be stuck with the bill (How about those victims without insurance?). A drop in the bucket of that energy windfall benefit.

To: Loser Democrats

So, all voters in opposition to Obama are angry, mean spirited, and racist. That seems to be the attack line of the democrats.

Voters have reason to be angry. Obama is suspected of being a crook. The MSM don't investigate any of the ACORN, Ayers, Barney Frank and criminal actions of congressional democrats.

The mortgage meltdown seems to have been planned by these crooks who watched it happen. They ignored or blocked every attempt to correct the problem. They encouraged ACORN and greedy brokers to make loans to anyone...regardless of credit. They crowed over charts that showed home ownership expansion in their districts.

Now they want the country to hire an arsonist to put out the fire they set! How stupid do they think we are. Even people who do not study issues and keep up with the MSM have enough common sense to understand the evil the socialist liberal democrats portend.

Obama and his crowd want America to fail...makes it easy for them to expand government and alter the free enterprise system they hate.

By the way, KyleT you are still an idiot who can't spell or construct a sentence.

Maybe if Palin was so concerned about rape victims she could have taken some of this about $730 million plus and found a way to pay for rape kits statewide.

Instead..

"Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell announced today that every eligible man, woman and child will receive $2,069, thanks to dividend payments from the state's oil royalty investment program distributed annually. On top of that, the checks will include another $1,200 from the state treasury to help offset soaring fuel prices."

" Police Chief Charlie Fannon was quoted in the local newspaper The Frontiersman saying he opposed it.

“In the past we’ve charged the cost of exams to the victims’ insurance company when possible,” he told the newspaper. “I just don’t want to see any more burden put on the taxpayer.” He estimated the new law would cost his department $5,000 to $14,000 per year.

His comments suggest the city sought the money more from insurance companies than the victims themselves. The paper quoted him as saying that "ultimately, it is the criminal who should bear the burden of the added costs.”"

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2008/sep/22/palin-rape-kit-controversy/

"Lawmakers became involved in 2000 when reports began coming in that police departments were charging sexual assault victims for the kits and the forensic exams, which cost from $300 to $1,200 at the time. The kit, a package of sample containers, swabs and other medical supplies, is used to collect evidence from women after they are attacked.

Then-Gov. Tony Knowles said Thursday that Wasilla was unique in the state in charging rape victims for the cost of doing the law enforcement necessary for solving the crime.

The bill passed the Legislature over the objections of Wasilla police chief Charlie Fannon, who said it would require the city to come up with more money to cover the costs of buying the rape kits and doing the exams."

Manolete, stop trotting out Obama's middle name and then pretending you're all about women's issues; we see you for the phony you are.

But for anyone else who begins to imagine a Palin candidacy is good for women, look at what she did to, mostly, women: she started the policy of making rape victims pay the cost of $300 to $1200 for the kit of materials used for gathering evidence from rape victims. It started after she fired the previous police chief and appointed Charlie Fannon that this policy was put in place. Imagine being a crime victim and having to pay just to have the crime investigated! Wasilla was the only town in Alaska to do this. So many people were appalled by this that the Alaska state legislature passed in 2000 a law prohibiting charging for rape kits anywhere in Alaska. Police Chief Fannon objected, saying "I just don't want to see any more burden put on the taxpayer." How's that for compassion? This has been well documented; one only has to google something like "Wasilla rape kit pay" to find articles about this.

Making rape victims pay for evidence kits, as Palin did, is morally reprehensible, and makes her unfit for any position where she is responsible for the welfare of others.

Then again, I additionally find morally reprehensible her view that a victim of rape should be required to carry and bear that child. No matter how old the victim, no matter whether the rapist is a stranger or the victim's father.

Additionally, John McCain has a 26 year record of voting against issues important to women, including his opposition to a bill that would afford equal pay to women, his opposition to abortion funding and a vote he cast against breast cancer research.

Biden, on the other hand, worked hard to pass and fund over the years the Violence Against Women Act, which has provided a wide variety of training for law enforcement and support programs for women who've been victims of violence. Before this law, there were few centers for victims of domestic violence, and police often didn't even want to get involved with such cases, and would try to tell the women to go home and work it out. He is justly proud of the contribution he made to women's welfare and protection. Compare that to Sarah Palin's contribution!

Sad to say, but the likely Obama 'thug-ocracy' will look upon people like Trig Palin as expendable. After all, Obama and friends believe in discardable people. Hey, Obama voted to make sure that kids who survive botched abortion attempts could be killed.

Just wait until universal healthcare gets established and the senior citizens who voted for Obama get shocked when they find themselves left out in the cold for needed surgeries, organ transplants and other expensive procedures.

God, please save us from the fury and degradations of these modern-day liberal, progressive barbarians!!

Logically you will have to apply one of these explanation to the very SAME group of people. How do you explain this?

GOD CREATED INTELLIGENT STRONG WOMEN!
Don't EVEN dare to try to take credit for the beautiful strong women driving this great country! Liberals can't stand strong, intelligent women! Liberals hire stupid bimbo types, as tokens (Donna Brazile, Jocelyn Elders - remember her?!, Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, Jodie Evans, etc) and then walk around puffing their chests out while they talk down, abuse and marginalize real women. (Wait til you see the PUMA's Campaign For Truth Video - over 2000 interviews with Hilary supporters who were pushed, shoved, spit on, and denigrated by Obama's Thugs in the caucuses) Gov Palin is smart, beautiful, successful, and all woman - you won't find her pretending to be manly to fit in, or compromising herself for what men think she should be. And that just KILLS you liberals; you only like women that you can weaken by forcing her into your peculiar manlywoman thing.

Women must unite against the liberal media vicious, sexist, cruel, demeaning, contemptuous UN-AMERICAN, unfair, unprofessional, unrelenting and blatantly biased treatment against Vice President Sarah Palin and acting blatantly in favor of Barack Hussein Obama during this unprecedented historic quest for the presidency!

Barack Hussein Obama claims a mightier throne, one forged in liberal ideals of justice and equality and hope, BUT he has benefited mightily from sexism in this campaign, and has remained silent. Obama supporters seem very happy with the sexist way pundits and some news organizations treat any action or statement by Sarah Palin, and many believe that most of the "venom" in the campaign is coming from supporters of Obama.

Women of America Unite in this defining moment in American history. To ensure we can grow up from the male dominated government that has caused many of the problems our country is facing; to a country where men and women are equal partners in governance.

What I don't like about Palin.

She praised a man, even giving him credit for helping her gain office, who lead a real and true modern day witch hunt. The poor old woman was forced to leave her village under the threat of a hundred plus member mob. The man? Pastor Thomas Muthee By doing so she condoned witch hunting, a crime that is more comon then most people think in 3rd world contries. Many women and even children are accused and not all of them are lucky enough to simply be driven away.

She does not believe Global Warming is man caused and has a driving desire to mine and drill. I don't think she would show ANY concern for the health of our planet.... after all her church believes the end of days will be here soon so why should we worry about the future of the world?

I might be an Alaskan but I have nothing but contempt for that woman!

"Officials warned Palin aides about trooper feud, report finds"

" That warning from John Glass, Alaska's deputy commissioner of public safety, is included in a state investigator's report that found Palin unlawfully abused her authority to press for the dismissal of Mike Wooten, her sister's ex-husband, from the state trooper force.

Glass said he warned Palin's husband, Todd, that disciplinary action already had been taken against the trooper and that "we could not fire him," according to the report, which was released Friday.

"And I also warned him that it was going to cause some extreme amount of discomfort and embarrassment for the governor if they pursued this and it should never have become public. That it would just be not good for the governor if it continued, and that they needed to cease and desist," Glass told former Anchorage prosecutor Stephen Branchflower, the report's author."

I love Palin. And she is a fantastic role model, and, hopefully the next V.P. of the U.S. During the last six years, I have learnt a great many things. I suppose I have always been too nice in the past. I truly thought that there were/are good Americans on the other side of the aisle.
I now realize that these people are liars, cheats and quite honestly
stupid.
What a terrible truth to realize that I have nothing in common with the other side.
And I do hope we win this election, but if we don't, I KNOW we will win the next eight years, possibly the next twelve. Because they really have cheated and lied to win.
I KNOW this, and the most horrible thing is, is that THEY KNOW they have cheated.
My oh my..... they have no idea what they have done......
On the upside, WE the people do.
We really will win the day.
We have no choice; the only time the bad wins, is when the good say nothing. This IS the city on the hill..... No matter how the media spins, and the liberals lie and cheat to steal this election..... it is WE who will never forget what they have done at this time in history.

I find a lot of comfort these days to know that I am on the right side of history.

So God bless this amazing country, God bless Palin, McCain, and our brave Troops.

So chin up, because the truth will always out.....

And, this jerk(crook) has the gall to blame the Republicans.

"Barney Frank Hit Over Boyfriend’s Fannie Mae Role
Critics are crying “conflict of interest” over Democratic Rep. Barney Frank’s live-in relationship with Fannie Mae executive Herb Moses while Frank was on the House Banking Committee.

Moses was Fannie Mae’s assistant director for product initiatives from 1991 to 1998.

He was also openly gay Frank’s live-in boyfriend during that time, while the Massachusetts lawmaker was on the committee that had jurisdiction over government-sponsored Fannie Mae, Fox News’ Bill Sammon reported.

Now that Fannie Mae is at the center of the recent financial meltdown, the relationship is coming under increased scrutiny.

“It’s absolutely a conflict,” said Dan Gainor, vice president of the Business & Media Institute.

“He was voting on Fannie Mae at a time when he was involved with a Fannie Mae executive. How is that not germane?

“But everyone wants to avoid it because he’s gay. It’s the quintessential double standard.”

A top Republican House aide told Fox News: “He writes housing and banking laws and his boyfriend is a top exec at a firm that stands to gain from those laws? No media ever take note?”

Frank and Moses met in 1987 and lived together in Washington, D.C., until they split up in 1998.

National Mortgage News disclosed that Moses “helped develop many of Fannie Mae’s affordable housing and home improvement lending programs.”

Critics charge that such programs led to the mortgage meltdown and the recent government takeover of Fannie Mae, according to Fox News, which noted that Fannie Mae and its financial cousin Freddie Mac “are blamed for spreading bad mortgages throughout the private financial sector.”

In 1994, Frank thwarted efforts by President Clinton’s Department of Housing and Urban Development to impose new regulations on Fannie Mae."

Of course I'm only kidding - RIGHT! McCain or Obama?

Both candidates are qualified. There are hundreds of other people equally qualified to be President. This election we will choose either McCain or Obama. There are no other practical choices.

Both candidates are, to some degree, lacking some desirable characteristics. Both are struggling to develop and explain plans and programs that advance their political theories of Government. Both are trying to explain their programs to attract the most votes.

One rule of politics that is good to remember is, "Candidates are a dime a dozen." There are at least a thousand people in the Government in Washington who think they would be a better candidate than either McCain or Obama.

We should guard against taking a liking to either candidate just as you would not take a liking to a used car salesman. McCain and Obama got themselves into this race and we do not owe them anything.

Obama, if he is elected, will become the leader of the Democrat Party and will continue to move the country into socialism, taking taxes from the producers, reducing jobs and encouraging an increase in the size of the underclass. Individual freedom will be lost to increased regulation of every facet of life. Soft foreign policy will result in wars that will require universal military service.

McCain, if he is elected, will become the leader of the Republican Party and will continue to move the country into capitalism. Producers will keep more of the fruits of their work effort resulting in more jobs for everyone. Individual freedoms will be insured by the courts and Government regulation will be minimized. Hard foreign policy will result in an expansion of freedom around the world.

Forget about these two turkeys and vote for your best interest.

It is amusing to read about the Liberals who forget conveniently that there is no Peace Dividend for the end of the Cold War. Or that there is no RIF (Reduction In Force) program to funnel money from the Government into the Private Sector. The attempts to rewrite history and ignore reality is the hallmark of the Liberals of 2008. The Tin Foil Hat Brigades also state that 911 was an inside Job. Done by NEOCONS.

The truth is Sarah Palin is rewriting the Feminist narrative and according to Willie Brown that Noted NEOCON (satire intended) is a huge threat to the Base of the Democratic Party.

The Democrats turned on Hilliary and Selected instead of Elected Obama. Now they are going after Sarah Palin. And her children. The smears of her Children are over the top. And proves the mentally ill nature of many of the Progressive Left.

If you Liberals are suppose to be winning then why are you all so angry all the time?

You are all so threatened by an intelligent and strong woman, you always act like you are pro women....but look what you did to Hillary...and now Sarah...

Ironically, the only reason YOUR party even considered Palin is because the DEMOCRATS came so very close to selecting the first female president of the US. Either way, the Dems were in a win-win situation because, while I prefer Obama's approach to governance, I certainly would have had no problems supporting Hilary had she won the nomination. Amazing to have to excellent choices for Democratic nominee!! But there it was. . . .

Now, if you are trying to put SARAH PALIN in the same category with Hilary, you are surely joking. Palin lacks the intelligence and strength of Clinton, and she certainly doesn't strike me as having the mental or emotional maturity to run the US. Clinton, on the other hand, would have been able to handle it.

And note, no ANGER here - just the truth.

Liberals, knowing full well of the pervasive greed in the U.S. population, have come to the realization that intervention to help less fortunate groups is not the individual's choice. Rather, the government has to implement a system in which the abundant wealth of the U.S. is more evenly distributed. Doing so will ease the economic strain placed on lower class families.

I believe that the two-party, winner-take-all system in America is flawed - being socially liberal does not automatically call for greater government regulation. A four party system, with proportional representation, would get less done, but it would be more representative of the diverse ideological atmosphere in the U.S.

Forgive me for my naiveté, as I'm still in high school.

Palin says: America, we cannot just afford another big spender in the White House,"... "Our country is facing tough times, and needs a tough man as president."

How ignorant and stupid can you get.

Fact: Under Bush, Clinton's surplus has become a $500bn deficit and his last act will be to sign America up to a downpayment of $700 bn, including $100 bn in earmarks, to save the economy from HIS mistakes. America will go north of 1.2 trillion in deficit, and not all the war debts have landed at the door of Congress yet. America's treasury paper has been descibed by one analyst (Faber) as future junk bonds.

Fact: Much of this debt and about 4000 dead (about $600bn) is from the Iraq war, which has also cost America more than 4000 dead and about 25,000 injured, all of whom will require ongoing health care and face challenges getting and holding jobs.

It's also the case that spending itself is now recognised by governments as one of the things that must be done to inject liquidity into the system. That's why McCain voted for the $700bn package. McCain's propsal on buying mortgages would cost at least $300bn. But Palin doesn't get it. She has memorised lines from a script that she doesn't understand.

The problem is not with spending, but with debt service. If you spend money wastefully, then debt service becomes a problem, but if you spend it in ways that generate productive activity, debt service burdens fall.

This woman Palin is a dangerous and ignorant demagog.

Sarah Palin could have taken the liberal route and aborted her mentally challenged son, but instead she took the high road and committed to a huge challenge despite her political career.

Sarah Palin is not the first woman to raise a Downs baby, and she won't be the last. Also, both Democrats and Republicans have raised Downs babies. I have to admit, however, that Palin is the first woman I have ever seen use her Downs baby to help her win an election. Most other women I know of who have sought political office have managed to do so without parading their children across every stage they stand on.

Her morality speaks louder than words, and that is the kind of person that I want in leadership.

Don't you mean her IMmorality? Palin strikes me as the ultimate hypocrite; she claims to be Christian with her mouth, but her deeds are very unChristian. She judges and accuses people without proof or evidence (bearing false witness); she is vindictive and vengeful (ignoring the Biblical, "Vengeance is Mine, saith the Lord"); and she lies repeatedly when faced with uncomfortable truths (for example telling Alaskans there had been no contact between her people and the Public Safety Commission people, when the investigation uncovered at least 18 different contacts, including at least one directly by Palin herself). She directly contradicted the truth by saying she had been cleared of ethics violations when the very first finding of the investigative report was that she was guilty of abuse of power, an ethics violation. She has stirred up feelings of hatred and fear of others rather than encouraging love and concern for others, as Jesus commanded us to do.

This woman does not represent an honest and caring person; in my book, she does not represent Christianity well. I'm not judging her salvation, since only God can judge that, in the final judgement. However, I believe her negative witness does very little to encourage non-believers to love Christ.

All these things are also turning a lot of Americans away from voting for the McCain / Palin ticket.

Forgive the generalization, but conservatives are placing their hopes on irrelevant smears on Barack Obama's character. For example, the first dozen or so results on a Google Search for "Barack Acorn" all link to conservative sites that unabashedly tout their biased analyses of Obama as objective, thoughtful articles.

It's absolutely nauseating to see conservatives such as "BarrySoetoro" grasp at straws in their attempts to "reveal" Obama as a less viable candidate than McCain.
Perhaps "BarrySoetoro" is trying to inject humor into this discussion.
Perhaps "BarrySoetoro" is simply playing the devil's advocate...but no, these chain-mail messages appear to be authentic.
How would I know what "authentic" means? The same messages have been perpetuated over and over again until they have becomes clichés, which is quite a feat.
In any case, the contributions of "BarrySoetoro" amount to Zero.

Zero intelligence is exhibited by specimen "BarrySoetero" in its comments on this forum. Oh, I'll allow for a simple central ganglion to regulate the task of pressing Ctrl-c followed by the arduous and mentally draining task of moving the index finger 3/16ths of an inch to press Ctrl-v on the keyboard.

To continue on the same train of thought, "BarrySoetero" is likely to have zero impact on anyone's opinions.
I'm wasting my time trying to characterize BS.

Here is what the manager of the Republican Campaign has to say about Obama's unpaid training sessions for ACORN:

In a conference call, McCain campaign manager Rick Davis urged reporters to ask Obama of the ACORN training sessions, “What were you teaching them? Were you teaching them how to evade the law?”

msmith97 said, "McCain is the socialist with a pseudo-christian agenda for this great country.Do we need the pseudo-christian socialist in OUR WH"

I won't even dignify the "pseudo-christian agenda" comment with a response; it's too ridiculous to mention. Actually the "socialist" comment is too ridiculous to mention too, but I will anyway. If you want to see socialism at it's finest, look at Obama's tax plan. It's more socialist than most of the major European countries -

http://www.heritage.org/research/Taxes/wm1973.cfm

"Senator Obama's new tax rate would give the United States one of the highest tax rates among developed countries. Currently only six of the top 30 industrial nations have a tax rate for all levels of government combined of over 55 percent. Under this tax plan, the United States would join this group and have a higher top rate than such high-tax nations as Sweden and Denmark. The top marginal rate would exceed 60 percent with the inclusion of state and local taxes, which means that only Hungary would exceed Senator Obama's new proposed top tax rate.

The costs in economic terms of such high taxes are real. For example, of the six countries with higher tax rates than 55 percent, the average unemployment rate is 7.35 percent (see chart). This figure includes Denmark, which appears to have a very low unemployment rate of 3.9 percent. However, Denmark spends over 5 percent of its GDP on unemployment programs and benefits, thereby increasing its unemployment rate."

The right to choose ones own religion, the right to decide if they are capable of handling a special needs child, the right to associate with and speak about whatever one chooses, all things essential and given to us by our CONSTITUTION.
Our current administration has circumvented the constitution, has worked around FREEDOM and Liberty and Justice, to name a few.And 4 more years of this same Ideology will surely bring more RUINS to this great country.

I know how I felt when Bush took his second term. I was devastated that smear and fear had divided the country and pushed us toward the devastation we are now seeing as a result of his neocon dogma and mismanagement. I looked at moving to Canada - I even priced condos and looked at jobs. It took me weeks to get over it, especially as the nutjob down the road had a big flashing W sign to remind me every time I drove home.

Even though our economy has now been devastated and the US is held in contempt around the world, my neighbor is proudly showing off his McCain/Palin posters (but no flashing S). Try as I might to convince him, this guy is locked into the 60s mantra. Democrats are tax and spend, dems are liberal pinkos trying to make this country communist, Obama is an Arab terrorist who is trying to kill our troops by abandoning Iraq, when he's not busy personally killing embryos etc., etc.

It is looking increasingly likely that Obama is going to win and I am concerned about how my neighbor is going to react. Canada is out of the question because this guy is more of a patriot than I can ever be, plus he could never sell his house in today's market. So what will happen?

The country is more bitterly divided now than it has ever been and my neighbor has guns - lots of them. His attitude toward Obama is barely disguised hatred, and I have this tiny, tiny Obama sign in my yard.

My wife is suggesting I pop around after a few days, with a beer, and attempt reconciliation. I'm thinking I might be lucky to walk away. Maybe I should relook at Canada for a year or so until he cools down, what do you think?

They don't get the votes you think you need for overturning abaortion laws. They don' round up all the blacks, jews and mexicans (or anybody else that's not like you). They can't seem to stop spending no matter how much we beg them to.

Why do you vote for em when they never give you anything you want?

What is with the "winning" thing? What are we supposed to be "winning" in Iraq?

Wouldn't "winning" be the day when our soldiers are no longer dying for nothing? To "win", we just need to get out of Iraq.

Palin has the nerve to ask if we really know Obama. His record has already been subject to intense scrutiny by the electorate, by Clinton as well as by McCain for nearly two years. She, on the other hand, is a complete neophyte who burst onto the national scene a mere six weeks ago. We don't know her at all. Palin's Troopergate scandal is an excellent example of how little vetting had been done proving that McCain made a wild gamble when he chose her. Despite her earlier appeal to some, the gamble is not paying off . Her value is to play rabble rouser for the extreme right. She is a flash-in-the-pan best left in Alaska

A lot of our current problems can be traced back to Reagan. For one thing he was opposed to govt regulations. He gave speeches saying that govt needed to get out of the way of business, to let them do what they do so well. This hands off approach become the prevalent strategy of Republicans in their rhetoric and their actions. Can you even remember the last time the govt stopped a merger, or broke up a monopoly?

Reagan also laid the groundwork for all of the attacks on anything "liberal". It's gotten so bad that some on the right spew hatred as part of every discussion. Palin talks about "liberals" as if they were some kind of enemy. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP! We face enough problems without fanning the flames of hate against our fellow Americans.

Sarah Palin - we hardly knew you.

1. She comes on the scene on McCain’s inauguration

2. She is kept hidden from the press

3. Than her selected interviews ** SNL tells it best

4. She debates Biden ** I think

5. After the debate, McCain camp says no more interviews

6. Now the Troopergate report (think McCain will let her do any interviews)

7. What’s next...will Palin's assoication with Secessionists be revealed:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eniG9l_7its&eurl=http://news.vodpod.com/watch/4435

8. Palin's new stump speech for compassion is taking care of children with special needs.

This is the same woman who held the head of WOLF PUPS and shot them in the head one by one (you can google it and get the scoop -- it is also in the TROOPERGATE report). Yes, we need a woman with such compassion for life involved with children with special needs.

Her and MICHAEL VICK probably palled around.

What is winning in Iraq? You went into a country under false pretenses - took out their leader and with him any semblance of stability. You also encourage Al Qaeda to go there.

So let me see - create a big mess and then talk about winning? I don't understand.

Stability in Iraq is not America's to win - it is the Iraqi people's to achieve.

The goal was to take out Saddam - you won on that goal in 2003. Any talk of winning after that makes no sense.

And she says that tough times call for a tough leader? We've seen a brutally tough leader for the last 8 years, and it has damaged America's reputation abroad. What tough times call for is a wise leader - not a person who is erratic and gambles with high stakes on America's future. McCain would be another war president.

Obama/Biden vs McCain/Palin, what if things were switched around?

…..think about it.

Would the country’s collective point of view be different? Could racism be the culprit? Or good ole "conservative values"?

Ponder the following:

What if the Obamas had paraded five children across the stage, including a three month old infant and an unwed, pregnant teenage daughter?

What if John McCain was a former president of the Harvard Law Review?

What if Barack Obama finished fifth from the bottom of his graduating class?

What if McCain had only married once and Obama was a divorcee?

What if Obama was the candidate who left his first wife after a severe disfiguring car accident, when she no longer measured up to his standards?

What if Obama had met his second wife in a bar and had a long affair while he was still married?

What if Michelle Obama was the wife who not only became addicted to pain killers but also acquired them illegally through her charitable organization?

What if Cindy McCain graduated from Harvard?

What if Obama had been a member of the Keating Five? (The Keating Five were five United States Senators accused of corruption in 1989, igniting a major political scandal as part of the larger Savings and Loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s.)

What if McCain was a charismatic, eloquent speaker?

What if Obama couldn’t read from a teleprompter?

What if Obama was the one who had military experience that included discipline problems and a record of crashing seven planes?

What if Obama was the one who was known to display publicly, on many occasions, a serious anger management problem?

What if Michelle Obama’s family had made their money first bootlegging, then from beer distribution?

What if the Obamas had adopted a white child?

You could easily add to this list. If these questions reflected reality, do you really believe the election numbers would be as close as they are?

This is what racism does. It covers up, rationalizes and minimizes positive qualities in one candidate and emphasizes negative qualities in another when there is a color difference.

Educational Background:

Barack Obama: Columbia University - B.A. Political Science with a Specialization in International Relations. Harvard - Juris Doctor (J.D.) Magna c** Laude

Joseph Biden: University of Delaware - B.A. in History and B.A. in Political Science Syracuse University College of Law - Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Less than two days after a report revealed that Sarah Palin abused her power as governor in the pursuit of a personal vendetta, Grampy McCain and Side Show Palin hit the campaign trail again:
.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/10/10/AR2008101003167.html?hpid=topnews
.

MCCAIN:
"As a senator I’ve seen the corrupt ways of Washington and the wasteful spending and abuses of power ... As president I’m going to end these abuses whatever it takes.

PALIN:
"As a senator, John McCain has seen the corrupt ways of Washington and the wasteful spending and the abuses of power in Washington and on Wall Street. And as president he’s going to end those abuses whatever it takes."

There are two things to take away from these remarks: first, that irony is not dead. And second, McCain and Palin really are singing from the same sheet of "Campaign Music Designed to BS the Listener."

Obama consistently and repeatedly says he wants to win, but where it counts - in Afghanistan and Pakistan where our terrorist enemies actually live.

It's been driving me nuts that nobody ever asks McCain (and Palin, if they could find her to ask her) to define "winning" and "victory" in Iraq. If right-wing nutjobs actually understood the facts, they would be the first to ask what is up with us spending our money and our soldier's lives to keep Muslims from killing other Muslims in a place where al Qaeda never had any presence before we attacked and will not have any role or support left after we leave.

I figure Obama really doesn't care because that ignorant 30% or so are not his voters anyway, so he never raises it. But what about the stinking press? If the press had a left wing bias, nobody would still believe there was any basis for launching the Iraq war. Heck, if the were just neutral and diligent nobody would believe that.

McCain and Palin like to say Obama never says he was wrong about the surge; but McCain never admits he was wrong about the Iraq war in the first place. Sounds like a fair trade to me.

Obama and his crowd want America to fail...makes it easy for them to expand government and alter the free enterprise system they hate.

thst's funny---the majority of the country is laughing at you!!!!

and this.....

The McCains soon found themselves entangled in more legal trouble. In 1989, in behavior the couple has blamed in part on the stress of the Keating scandal, Cindy became addicted to Vicodin and Percocet. She directed a doctor employed by her charity — which provided medical care to patients in developing countries — to supply the narcotics, which she then used to get high on trips to places like Bangladesh and El Salvador.

To avoid jail time, Cindy agreed to a hush-hush plea bargain and court-imposed rehab.

Ironically, her drug addiction became public only because she and her husband tried to cover it up. In an effort to silence Gosinski, who was seeking $250,000 for wrongful termination, the attorney for the McCains demanded that Phoenix prosecutors investigate the former employee for extortion. The charge was baseless, and prosecutors dropped the investigation in 1994 — but not before publishing a report that included details of Cindy's drug use.

Notified that the report was being released, Sen. McCain leapt into action. He dispatched his top political consultant to round up a group of friendly reporters, for whom Cindy staged a seemingly selfless, Oprah-style confession of her past addiction. Her drug use became part of the couple's narrative of straight talk and bravery in the face of adversity

Interesting notes from a CBS reporter...
======================

The McCain folks are more helpful and generally friendly. The schedules are printed on actual books you can hold in your hand, read, and then plan accordingly. The press aides are more knowledgeable and useful to us in the news media. The events are designed with a better eye, and for the simple needs of the press corps. When he is available, John McCain is friendly and loquacious. Obama holds news conferences, but seldom banters with the reporters who've been following him for thousands of miles around the country. Go figure.

The McCain campaign plane is better than Obama's, which is cramped, uncomfortable and smells terrible most of the time. Somehow the McCain folks manage to keep their charter clean, even where the press is seated.

Gov. Palin's "attack" speeches are still relevant. From the very beginning the mainstream media have served as apologists for Barack Obama, covering for his every perceived weakness, minimizing every flaw, and coming down severely upon any of his critics, especially including the McCain campaign. The media have devoted attention to the McCain campaign only in an obvious effort to destroy it. The media bias has been at its most flagrant in the matter of Obama's questionable past associations. He spent most of his adult life in the chosen company of urban terrorists, left-wing extremists, racist hate-mongering preachers, Chicago political hacks, ACORN, and even criminals. It is inconceivable that these influences did not help to form Obama's character and ideology, but any attempt at critical analysis has been branded as racist or unfairly questioning Obama's patriotism. As for the latter charge, it should be perfectly appropriate to question Obama's patriotism in light of his past. The media have shamelessly disregarded any responsibility to objectively report these important issues concerning Barack Obama. They should be ashamed.

I'd venture to say that many of the readers of this blog would consider themselves in the "middle class". Albiet this is a very large portion of the economy, ranging from combined family income of $95,000 to probably a couple million annually.

Before I get into the meat of this blog, read the following which was released from the Associated Press today...

WASHINGTON (AP) - After consulting with Barack Obama, Democratic leaders are likely to call Congress back to work after the election in hopes of passing legislation that would include extended jobless benefits, money for food stamps and possibly a tax rebate, officials said Saturday. The bill's total cost could reach $150 billion, these officials said.

The democrats are preparing for a flood of unemployment. Why? Because their plans will force thousands of employers across this nation to release people just so they can pay their taxes and remain in business. So all you people that are currently in the "middle class" are going to be standing in soup kitchen lines if NOBAMA gets into office.

Right out of the starting gate they are proposing $150,000,000,000. Just imagine what they have in store for an entire four year term.

Sarah Palin is scamming her admirers into seeing her as some quaint tidbit of honesty on the world stage, just because her speech is out of the mainstream style?

Folks, shake your heads! Sara Palin is not quaint! Wasilla is quaint! Sarah herself is a pretentious snob!

Try to imagine her back in her own environment, and what do you see? She is the backstabbing little gossip who will do and say anything to keep her place of conspicuous prominence in the junior high school in-crowd.

The truth is no barrier to her. She gets around it with her complete arsenal of facial expressions, hand movements, finger gestures, postures, winks, grins, and smirks – none of which require “truth” to be effective.

But, try to pin her down and insist that she actually make sense behond the level of name-calling, and you get that hollow-eyed stare that betrays an empty intellect.

"Reason" is not a tool she knows how to wield. She is more comfortable with innuendo and snooty, cutesy, little manipulative gimmicks.

But folks! We are not electing the captain of the cheerleading squad; we are electing the person who could become the most powerful ruler on this planet. Do you really want her snippy brain to be that person?

mccain has some interesting associations with unsavory people....apparently his fans don't know this side of their big hero....oh, this is FACT, not theory like your trash is.....

Charlie Keating, the banker and anti-pornography crusader, would ultimately be convicted on 73 counts of fraud and racketeering for his role in the savings-and-loan scandal of the 1980s. That crisis, much like today's subprime-mortgage meltdown, resulted from misbegotten banking deregulation, and ultimately left taxpayers to pick up a tab of more than $124 billion.

Keating, who raised more than $100,000 for McCain's race, lavished the first-term congressman with the kind of political favors that would make Jack Abramoff blush. McCain and his family took at least nine free trips at Keating's expense, and vacationed nearly every year at the mogul's estate in the Bahamas. There they would spend the days yachting and snorkeling and attending extravagant parties in a world McCain referred to as "Charlie Keating's Shangri-La."

Keating also invited Cindy McCain and her father to invest in a real estate venture for which he promised a 26 percent return on investment. They plunked down more than $350,000.

nccain 's family values, for his fan base out there...

In the spring of 1979, while conducting official business for the Navy, the still-married McCain encountered Cindy Lou Hensley, a willowy former cheerleader for USC. Mutually smitten, the two lied to each other about their ages. The 24-year-old Hensley became 27; the 42-year-old McCain became 38. For nearly a year the two carried on a cross-country romance while McCain was still living with Carol: Court documents filed with their divorce proceeding indicate that they "cohabitated as husband and wife" for the first nine months of the affair.

Although McCain stresses in his memoir that he married Cindy three months after divorcing Carol, he was still legally married to his first wife when he and Cindy were issued a marriage license from the state of Arizona. The divorce was finalized on April 2nd, 1980. McCain's second marriage — rung in at the Arizona Biltmore with Gary Hart as a groomsman — was consummated only six weeks later, on May 17th. The union gave McCain access to great wealth: Cindy, whose father was the exclusive distributor for Budweiser in the Phoenix area, is now worth an estimated $100 million.

pro36, you are a sad representation of what the world perceives as "american."

We have more in common than Rush and Sean would like for you to believe, but you hate us. You hate the same people in the same struggle as yourself. Yet you do not question why.

I feel so bad for all of you "free thinkers" who simply parrot the talking heads you revere. And I feel sorry for us, the people with citizens like you among us.

We have a long struggle ahead.

I can't believe they were chanting we want Fox! They might as well chant "Tells us only what we want to hear!" Fox is the worst, most slanted, cheese-filled propaganda station on the air. They are the right hand of the republican party. They are the WWF of the media.

We are beyond ideology, character, braveness, war hero talk! We are going down the tubes economically and the country does not realize this. The economic crisis is much deeper than the Washington want the public to know - the market has not reached the bottom yet (and we don't even know where that bottom is). McCain will not be capable of achieving any of his programs as promised dealing with the Democratic House. Even if he does, it will be watered down. People, please please think of the future, be pragmatic and leave wedge issues and think straight regardless of you belief system, ideology and issues. Lets unite as Americans and face the challenges of the next four years together.

While Palins partisans repeat proven lies promoted by Faux News, those of us in the "reality based community" challenge them at every turn. Calling Obama a Muslim is a typical lie served forth by religious extremists attempting to rally their followers (you know, the ones in white sheets and hoods.) Although Obama is a Christian (not a plus in my mind), we have people in government with a wide variety of religious beliefs.

Just remember that the Constitution states "There shall be no religious test for office."

Isn't is funny to see Republicans running away from GW Bush and the Republican brand?

"America, we cannot just afford another big spender in the White House," Palin said before the enthusiastic audience.

Does Palin even know who she is talking about? GW Bush has been in the White House for the last 8 years along with a majority Republican Congress for 6 of those 8 years spending like drunken sailors!

McCain's "OL' GEEZER EXPRESS" has run out of straight-talk and the wheels are falling off:

MCCAIN HAS AN ABUSIVE TEMPER AND PALIN ABUSES POWER.

PALIN IS BUSTED. SHE IS CONFIRMED AS HAVING ABUSED PERSONAL POWER IN HER GOVERNOR'S OFFICE. VIOLATED ETHICS. PERIOD. WHAT PART OF THIS DON'T PEOPLE UNDERSTAND?

The finding of Palin's guilt in abuse of executive power speaks worlds about John McCain's lack of judgment. But of course he admitted he had only met her personally ONE TIME before he selected her--was it with the other Joe Six-Pack's at a bar, and he decided to take her with him? Who knows, there are not even any pictures of him meeting with her before he selected the LUV GUV!

She's no longer a pitbull, but has to go back to being a sleddog ---....As the ol' song says: You go North to Alaska, you go North perhaps you know, ....way up North....North to Alaska.... -- RIGHT NOW PLEASE!

No longer a pitbull, but looking like a weasel--a little ol' mavericky weasel-you betcha!

It'll be painless when we become Mccainless and Palinless...

Let's put Obama and Biden to work for all America, and let's do it now!!

Seriously Trig has Downs, but he couldnt possibly have any more special needs than his idiot power hungry mother.

"Now I'm not sure who answers all those national polls but if we took a poll today, it would be John McCain in a landslide," he said, prompting cheers from the audience.

Translation: if we multiply the black vote by 3/5 and subtract the latte liberals, plus multiply the over 90 vote by 10, and don't let hispanics vote because there great grandparents came her illegaly, it would be a landslide!

When one is running to be the President & Vice President of the United States, "standing up for one's beliefs" is far less important than "Standing up for the beliefs of ALL AMERICANS".

The personal/religious beliefs of Mr. McCain and Ms. Palin should NEVER BE CONFUSED with the personal/religious beliefs of ALL AMERICANS.

Kilgore's conduct is disgraceful for an attorney and elected official in trying to put God on one side of the election. I realize that he's not the only one doing so when both Robertson and Falwell (now Falwell, Jr.)have their bases their and have started their own law schools. It looks like his career model is John Ashcroft. The bottom line on who is supporting who is that the Republican bases this year is very base and all too often vile as well.

Also please provide specifics on papers published by obama whilst teaching law, also, although not mentioned he was a civil rights attorney, how many times was he lead counsel in any court case. If any "media" has hurt the McCain campaign it is the right-wing media. Both Hannity and Rush were on the air non stop pushing McCain to the right and threatening him with negative media if he did not do what they wanted.

Result: A McCain platform that is far to the right of mainstream America.

Seriously: McCain's age and cancer history taken together with Palin's nature/qualifications, make her a walking national security threat. Do you think a hostile Arab country is going to take anything she says seriously. They're going to call her out on any position she takes and get a kick out of it. She's a joke here in the US and she'll be a bigger joke overseas. They don't play.

She is a NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT and fundamentally weak in nature despite her loud mouth. What else negative does she need going for her?

I'm a little confused. Let me see if I have this straight....."

Obama - If you grow up in Hawaii , raised by your grandparents, you're "exotic, different."

Palin - Grow up in Alaska eating mooseburgers, a quintessential American story.

Obama - If your name is Barack you're a radical, unpatriotic "Muslim".

Palin - Name your kids Willow , Trig and Track, you're a maverick.

Obama - Graduate from Harvard law School and you are unstable.

Palin - Attend 5 different small colleges before graduating, you're well grounded.

Obama - If you spend 3 years as a brilliant community organizer, become the first black President of the Harvard Law Review, create a voter registration drive that registers 150,000 new voters, spend 12 years as a Constitutional Law professor, spend 8 years as a State Senator representing a districtwith over 750,000 people, become chairman of the stateSenate's Health and Human Services committee, spend 4 years in the United States Senate representing a state of 13 million people while sponsoring 131 bills and serving on the Foreign Affairs, Environment and Public Works and Veteran's Affairs committees, you don't have any real leadership experience.

Palin - If your total resume is: local sports reporter girl, 4 years on the city council and 6 years as the mayor of a town with less than 7,000 people, 20 months as the governor of a state with only 650,000 people, then you're qualified to become the country's second highest ranking executive and next in line behind a man (McCain) in his eighth decade.

Obama - If you have been married to the same woman for 19 years while raising 2 beautiful daughters, all within Protestant churches, you're not a real Christian.

McCain - If you cheated on your first wife with a rich heiress, and then left your disfigured wife and married the heiress the next month, you're a true Christian.

Obama - If you teach responsible, age appropriate sex education, including the proper use of birth control, you are eroding the fiber of society.

Palin - If, while governor, you staunchly advocate abstinence only, with no other option in sex education in your state's school system
while your unwed teen daughter ends up pregnant, you're very responsible.

Obama - If your wife is a Harvard graduate laywer who gave up a position in a prestigious law firm to work for the betterment of her inner city community, then gave that up to raise a family, your family's values don't represent America 's.

Palin - If you're husband is nicknamed "First Dude", with at least one DWI conviction and no college education, who didn't register to vote until age 25 and once was a member of a group that advocated the secession of Alaska from the USA, you and your family are just a picture of "small town family values"?!?!

HAHAHA!!!

OK, much clearer now...
