Ecstatic Chicago Crowd Awaits Man of the Hour

By Shailagh Murray
CHICAGO -- An ecstatic sea of Barack Obama supporters danced, cried and stared with awe at television screens, awaiting their president elect.

VIP supporters virtually skipped into holding pens around the podium. Oprah, Howard Dean, Bill Daley, Jesse Jackson, Will. I. Am. and assorted politicians and donors snapped photos and cheered ecstatically as the Obama family headed over to Grant Park by motorcade from a nearby hotel, where they had watched the returns.

Like I said in previous posts. Grandma was watching you Mr. President and beside you all the way. Your god took Grandma, but any god or belief, man or women, new you are the hope. And may I say, Thank you, to all the true American women. Knew you would not let down your Country. Now is the time to be what you were years ago. I remember being an elder. May your god Bless you, and he did.
