I'm just curious, mwhoke, what exactly do Republicans think should be done about media "bias"? Should we regulate them? Should we order them to cover each candidate both positively and negatively in equal proportions regardless of whether or not they deserve the positive and negative stories?
You know why coverage favored Obama? Because he ran a better campaign, had a better message, and was more positive. Run a positive campaign and win, get positive coverage. Run a negative campaign and lose, get negative coverage. That's how it should work. Not some faux notion that all candidates should be covered equally in the media. Because they shouldn't.

The news media just reported the news. When you first of all attack the media at the convention the way the Republicans did, never talk to them and you make blunders time after time like McCain and the Republicans have, and have crappy policies and management skills, you can expect to have a handicap.Try to clean up your house, Republicans and get real with your policies instead of being so far out and destructive.

I am not a gambling man but I am willing to give odds that no one at the Washington Post, NY Times or MSNBC are willing to admit that their coverage in this election campaign overwhelming favored the Democrats.
The media's role in this election shows why the American people hold them in such low esteem!

Do you mean like the FOX news moniker "Fair and balanced"?
BTW: Try reading the economist, a study was done that concludes that reporting is entirely profit driven, tell the people what they already believe.
