President-elect Barack Obama continued rounding out his White House staff today, naming Jonathan Favreau director of speechwriting and Cecilia Munoz director of intergovernmental affairs.

Favreau has worked for Obama since 2005, when he joined the president-elect's Senate office as a speechwriter. He later served as director of speechwriting during the presidential campaign, building on his role as deputy director of speechwritng for the 2004 campaign of Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.). At the White House, Favreau will oversee a team of writers who carefully craft words for the president's many public appearances.

Munoz, meanwhile, will oversee the White House office responsible for relations between the administration and state and local governments. The 2000 MacArthur Foundation "genius grant" winner is a senior vice president at the National Council of La Raza, a leading Hispanic civil rights group. There, she has spearheaded many of the organization's immigration initiatives. Currently, she is in charge of the group's entire advocacy and legislative agenda.

"We're continuing to build a White House team that can rise to the challenges facing this country -- and I couldn't be more excited to announce Jon and Cecilia," Obama said. "I'm confident that at a critical time in our history, this White House will restore openness and accountability to our executive branch and help to put government back in the hands of the people it serves."

We need the SAVE ACT and E-verify used for every business and NOT Amnesty.

E-verify does not discriminate against RACE, Religion, SEX or physically capability only your Citizenship and your LEGAL right to be and work in United States.

If we can stop Predatory business owners from hiring then the Illegal Aliens will not Stay and return to their native Countries.

This ISSUE is not about RACE, but Governments Federal/State/LOCAL not doing their jobs, because big and small business owners want cheap workers and no labor laws to bother with. Its called GREED!

The only RACISTS are the single RACE agenda GROUPS like La RAZA, Mecha, Aztlan and ETC....Whose main goal is take our Western States back to Mexico.

Liberals and Conservatives need to take some pride in our Country and protect it from all invading nations citizens and corporate greed.

HATE only feeds the single RACE agenda groups for Open Borders and the Media.

I am so pleased to see Jon Favreau get the recognition he so well deserves and be appointed to President Elect Barack Obama's team at The White House.

Back in 2004 as a young kid then he was at first editing overnight news audio cuts and it was only late in the campaign he moved to script work. When Jon was first approached after that years election to join Barack Obama he must have wondered what lay head. Obama did not ask to see a CV he asked Jon question and the young guy gave the right answers which showed they were on the same wavelength.

The last few years have clearly shown that they work well together, well done Jon you deserve your appointment!
