President Obama receives his daily presidential briefing at 9:00 a.m. and his daily economic briefing at 9:30 a.m.
At 10 a.m., he sits down with advisers to discuss the economy and policy concerns.
At 10:30 a.m., Obama meets with business leaders to rally support for the economic stimulus package, which the House takes up this afternoon. He's expected to deliver remarks about the legislation's merit from the East Room of the White House at 11:15 a.m.
The White House press briefing, delivered by press secretary Robert Gibbs, is slated for 1:30 p.m.
Following the briefing, Obama heads to the Pentagon for a 3:30 p.m. meeting with Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
