Obama Rounds Out Staffs at Agencies

By Scott Wilson
President Obama announced Friday that he would nominate Tom Perez, a former member of the Montgomery County Council, for the position of assistant attorney general for civil rights at the U.S. Department of Justice.

A prominent civil-rights lawyer, Perez now serves as secretary of Maryland's Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, which enforces workplace safety laws, among other regulations.

The president also announced the following nominations: Linda A. Puchala, as a member of the National Mediation Board; James W. Miller, as under secretary for farm and foreign agriculture service at the U.S Department of Agriculture; Dallas P. Tonsager, as under secretary for rural development at the U.S. Department of Agriculture; and, Ines Triay as assistant secretary for environmental management at the Department of Energy.

Open Letter to the People of America - German citizens inform about new threats of terror that come from Germany.

We are citizens of Germany and want to inform you that new possibilities of terror may arise from Germany. We don't want that once more there could be terror in the U. S. or other countries coming from persons or weapons from Germany!
The USA and other countries could be attacked with microwave weapons (directed energy weapons / radio frequency weapons) that are already used by perpetrators, and organized crime in Germany.
Microwave weapons and e-bombs are a real threat to people and critical infrastructures like computer networks, airports, power grids, literally anything that works with electronics or computers. They can take down airplanes.
The German police and law enforcement don't do anything to stop the misuse and testing of these weapons by criminals.
Please inform your family and friends about these new threats!
For more information and protection against the weapons and microwave terrorism go to our website - we have American pages and articles, for example:
Best wishes from Germany

Since my important emails do not elicit responses, and since my request to have DOJ civil rights division complaint forms sent to me via U.S. mail was not fulfilled, the answer to your question appears to be "yes."

* Silent, covert microwave radiation weapons (D.E.W.) assaults on “targeted” U.S. citizens and their families;

* Terroristic vigilante community gang stalking, surreptitious home entry, police-tolerated vandalism;

* Secret federal “programs of personal financial destruction” that have used the IRS as an ideological tool of “social cleansing.”

Have you tried actually mailing your posts to these people instead? Or, is the U.S. Postal Service part of the conspiracy too? You could always use FedEx.

Addendum to post below, to Tom Perez…

Mr. Perez / staff:

The detailed memo to you is post #51 on the ACLU Free Speech “Internet Filters” thread.

Thank you again.

TO: TOM PEREZ, Asst. U.S. Atty. Gen. designate

Mr. Perez:

This journalist's attempt to post a detailed memo to you concerning the above captioned topic was unsuccessful -- what is believed to be an example of prior restraint of internet speech by a government surveillance operation.

Would you or your staff please read and copy the memo at the following link location, kindly provided by that last bastion of free speech in America, the ACLU.

I believe you will find the memo, an account based on first-hand experience and reporting, indicative of the need for immediate action on the part of DOJ and high Obama administration officials.

Thank you and best wishes in your new mission, one that is of vital importance to me and to all Americans who value our constitutionally-protect civil and human rights.
