President Obama starts his day with his routine presidential briefing at 9:45 a.m., followed by his economic meeting at 10:15 a.m. and a meeting with his senior advisers at 10:45 a.m.
At noon, Obama will deliver remarks with Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner before small business owners and members of Congress in the East Room of the White House.
Following his remarks on the state of the economy, Obama heads to the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is expected to address agency employees at 2 p.m.
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs holds the daily press briefing around 2:45 p.m.

Legally (if Obama is not a "natural born" citizen) Biden has been Acting President since noon on January 20, 2009. I wonder when Gibbs will be asked about that.
