POTUS Events: California Dreaming

On day of two of his California trip, President Obama starts his day in Los Angeles. He receives his routine presidential briefing at 12:00 p.m. ET and then heads to Edison Electric Vehicle Technical Center in Pomona, Calif., for a tour of the company's facilities. Obama's expected to deliver remarks about the experience at 1:45 p.m. ET.
Shortly after 4:00 p.m. ET, Obama holds a town hall meeting with local residents at Miguel Contreras Learning Center in Los Angeles. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, and Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis will be among those in attendance.
Around 7:30 p.m. ET, Obama tapes an interview with Jay Leno in Burbank, Calif., for this evening's "Tonight Show." By 9:00 p.m. ET, the president will be on his way back to D.C.
