POTUS Events: Celebrating St. Patty's Day

President Obama meets with Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad (D-N.D.) and House Budget Committee Chairman John Spratt D-S.C.) at 9:20 a.m. and then delivers remarks on the budget at 9:40 a.m.
Shortly before 10:00 a.m., he receives his daily economic briefing. Vice President Biden joins him for a meeting with the Taoiseach of Ireland Brian Cowen at 10:50 a.m. in the Oval Office. Around 11:30 a.m., the Taoiseach joins Obama and Biden at a Shamrock ceremony in the Roosevelt Room of the White House.
Obama meets with Northern Ireland officials -- First Minister Peter Robinson and Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness -- at 11:45 a.m. Around 12:30 p.m., he speaks at a St. Patrick's Day lunch, held by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi from the Rayburn Room of Congress.
Shortly after 2:00 p.m., Obama receives his routine presidential briefing. At 4:30 p.m., he meets with Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
In the evening, he attends St. Patrick's Day receptions at the White House and delivers remarks at 7:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. from the East Room and State Dining Room, respectively.
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs delivers the press briefing at 1:00 p.m.
