President Obama starts his day at 9:00 a.m. ET, unveiling a plan to revitalize the nation's transportation system. He's expected to announce his goal of a more modern high-speed rail system.

At 10:00 a.m. ET, Obama leaves Washington for Mexico City, the first leg of his tour in Latin America and the Caribbean surrounding the Summit of the Americas. He is expected to arrive at 12:10 p.m. ET (1:10 p.m. local time), just ahead of a bilateral meeting with Mexican President Felipe Calderon. Obama and Calderon will hold a joint press briefing shortly after.

At 3:40 p.m. ET, Obama meets with U.S. embassy workers at the Intercontinental Hotel and at 7:00 p.m., he attends a working dinner at Museo Nacional de Antropología.

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs will not hold the daily press briefing in Washington. Instead, he will gaggle on the plane.

Since we are wasting over $2 BILLION per year to run the White House, during this economic CRISIS, I think it's a relevant question. If you don't like that one, though, how about: Is "President" Obama a "natural born" citizen? Both questions are ON-TOPIC for this thread.
