President Obama starts his day with his daily briefing at 9:45 a.m. and his economic briefing at 10:15 a.m. He meets with senior advisers at 10:45 a.m.
At 11:35 a.m., the president addresses the state of the economy in remarks delivered at Georgetown University.
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs holds the daily press briefing at 1:00 p.m.
Continuing her federal agencies tour, Michelle Obama is expected to visit the Department of Homeland Security this morning. She'll meet with Secretary Janet Napolitano and other top agency officials.
