Speaking with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, above, President Obama said the United States can not force peace in the Middle East. However, the president said the U.S. can help foster a relationship to move the peace process forward.

And researchers in the U.S. say they have located documents that prove President Obama has German roots dating to the 1700s. Truly, he contains multitudes.
