President Obama receives his routine presidential briefing at 9:30 a.m., followed by a meeting with his senior advisors.

Obama heads to Green Bay, Wisconsin at 10;30 a.m. He's slated to hold a town hall meeting at Southwest High School at 12:10 p.m. local time, where he's expected to address his goal of health-care reform. He returns to Washington around 5:00 p.m. There will be no White House press briefing in Washington.

Instead, White House deputy press secretary Bill Burton will gaggle on Air Force One.

Check out our Federal City Digest for a rundown of noteworthy events around town.
