Gibbs to Get Dunked

By Michael D. Shear
The atmosphere of fun in advance of tonight's White House luau for members of Congress and their families has infected even the president's press team and the reporters they try to spin.

Press secretary Robert Gibbs is used to taking shots from reporters, but tonight he becomes a more literal target -- sitting in the dunk tank and allowing journalists to try and dunk him before the members of Congress arrive.

Once the event gets under way, the press will be shooed off and the get-together will be covered by a press pool.

The CHANGE that his lordship Obama was talking about was for everybody else but himself and congress. There is to be no shortage of funds for congressional parties such as this one.

Hawaii isn't Indonesia, where Barry Soreto was a passport carrying citizen before and after he was Barry Dunham in Hawaii, after he was born in Kenya.
Obama didn't know there were only 50 states so school in Hawaii is out of the pictur, and the flower ceremony at the WTC memrial reveals he knew nothing of Hawaii and flowers.

Tax gouge and fraud is all I see here.Press is being baited for a reason ...find out why.

I think the whole luau thing is over board. Why in the hell should the tax payers foot yet another bill for politician entertainment when they are the ones beating on everyone else for it. If obama wants a party then let him pay for it. I am tired of the democrats crap already
