POTUS Events: A Nod to Nonprofits

Starting at 9:30 a.m., President Obama attends his routine morning meetings -- the presidential briefing, the economic briefing and his sit-down with senior advisers.
At 2:00 p.m., Obama is expected to deliver remarks on noteworthy nonprofit programs nationwide from the East Room of the White House. He meets with Energy Secretary Steven Chu at 3:15 p.m.
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs holds the daily press briefing at 1:00 p.m.
