POTUS Events: Obama to Ghana
President Obama begins his day with a breakfast meeting with G-8 and African leaders at the Guardia di Finanza School. He then meets with South African President Jacob Zuma.
At 8:00 a.m. ET, President Obama holds a press conference from L'Aquila, Italy before departing to Vatican City to meet with Pope Benedict XVI at 10:15 a.m. ET
After his meeting with the Pope, Obama departs from Rome en route to Ghana, he arrives at 4:30 p.m. ET.
