POTUS Events: Address to VFW

President Obama will address the 110th Veterans of Foreign Wars National Convention at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Ariz., at 1:00 p.m. ET. (Update: The speech looks to be pushed back to 1:30 ET.) He will discuss the status of American military involvement in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs will gaggle on Air Force One.
