James O'Keefe arrest: David Shuster battles Andrew Breitbart (Video)

MSNBC host David Shuster got into a shouting match Thursday afternoon with conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart over the arrest of four men trying to tamper with phones in Sen. Mary Landrieu's office. But it wasn't so much a conversation about the case as a shouting match over journalistic ethics.

Breitbart started out attacking Shuster for tweeting that one of arrested men, James O'Keefe, "intended to tap phones" and that "will go to prison." (MSNBC has called the tweet "inappropriate.")

"You convicted him on Twitter!" Breitbart shouted.

Shuster retracted the use of the word "wiretap" and quickly went to attacking Breitbart for hiring O'Keefe. From there the exchange devolves into yelling back and forth about ACORN.

"heroe"

(shaking my head and snickering)
A traitor is a hero to another traitor. Simple human nature. Don't blame yourself.

"Well it's the south."

Screw you, punk.

Minimum bail is standard for first offenses.
Get a clue.

Andrew Breitbart is clearly some kind of whiny, Glenn Beck type of punk. But to be honest, I've been politicking online since 1996 and NOLAGATE is the first time I've ever heard his name.

Another nobody a**hat from the party of a**hats.

But looking at Stan Dai's background still has me convinced he's the primary culprit in this crime. His ties to the PNAC and Mike McConnell tell serious story.

Aw, c'mon! These are just a bunch of kids! This is just a harmless school boy prank! You know what they say, don'cha? Boys will be boys!

Do doubt about it. It'll be amusing to watch the right wing media trying to spin this latest debacle. Yesterday O'Keefe was the newest Fascist poster boy. Today he is a man looking at some serious time in federal prison. The Republicans are once again experiencing the kind of OOPS moment for which they have become famous for in recent years. It really is quite touching when you think about it.

Is this merely the tip of a nasty iceberg? Will O'Keefe "cooperate" with federal investigators in order to reduce his sentence? Are there bigger fish that are due some serious frying?

To be continued....

Both these guys are bised, they obviously hate each other. Schuster wants to demonize and uses inflammatory language in his reporting. That is what the hateful liberal media does. Breitbart does much the same on his side. When it gets down to the end it becomes a shouting match, nothing gets accomplished. However Schuster will deny being anything but neutral and fair, which is why msnbc is so pitiful and eternally last in viewership. Breitbart tries to expose corrupt liberals and makes no apologies for being conservative.

James O'Keefe is a heroe. He had the courage to expose ACORN, which represents the corruption and fraud of Obama and his comrades. The more progressives (Marxist) demonize and vilify James O'Keefe, the more informed and hones Americans will respect and admire James O'Keefe.

Keep it up, progressives, and you'll gather so much support for O'Keefe that he will be able to run for office and win.

Kudos to Shuster! He won this debate, hands down. Breitbart is plain and simply deranged. He sets up his own scenarios with false information, using sleezy tactics to make political statements. People like him are the scum of the earth. His behavior is comparable to a child throwing mud on another child's new outfit just because the mud thrower doesn't like the child in the new outfit. The worst of it is that Breitbart severely under estimates the intelligent ability of mainstream America to see through his childish antics.

Nice to see the unbiased MSM, and especially the merchants of hate at MSNBC, covering this story with the same vigor/diligence that they covered the ACORN (yes, we'll help you set up a brothel for teenage prostitutes) story. Oh wait, they ignored the ACORN story.

And may the Holder Justice (snicker, snicker) Department prosecute this with the same vigor they prosecuted ACORN and the Black Panther vote-intimidation case. No racism at the Holder Justice Department.

O'keefe is going to prison for being an idiot republican. Breitbart could be a co-conspirator and get the cell next to him. Two years with good behavior should settle it!!

O'Keefe was slandered! Good one. All free of 10K bond? Well it's the south.

Mr. Breitbart

The fear in your eyes and voice are palpable. Practice your perp-walk!

Poor Andrew Breitbart. He seems to have a fatal case of Acorn Derangement Syndrome.
