Republican response to Obama: What Bob McDonnell will say
Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell calls President Obama's planned three-year freeze on discretionary spending "a laudable step, but a small one." He also applauds Obama on expanding charter schools and sending more troops to Afghanistan. On health care, he plans to say, "All Americans agree, we need a health care system that is affordable, accessible, and high quality. But most Americans do not want to turn over the best medical care system in the world to the federal government."
