Obama physical set for this weekend

President Obama will get a routine physical this Sunday, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said.
Obama will visit the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda for the check-up, and then visit wounded troops. White House officials are expected to give a read-out of his health after his physical.
