Byrd's body to lie in repose in Senate on Thursday

Sen. Robert Byrd's body will lie in repose inside the U.S. Senate chamber on Thursday before being take by plane to Charleston, W.Va. for a memorial service on Friday. President Obama and Vice President Biden are scheduled to attend the Friday service, the White House said.

Here is the schedule released by Byrd's office:

9:45 a.m.
Hearse arrives at U.S. Capitol, Senate Steps
9:50 a.m.
Honor Guard to proceed with casket up Senate Steps, into U.S. Senate Chamber, where casket will be placed upon the Lincoln Catafalque
10:15 a.m. - 12 noon
Senator Byrd's family will receive Members of the Senate and House who wish to pay their respects
10:15 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
U.S. Senate Chamber Public Galleries open to all those who wish to pay their respects
U.S. Capitol restrictions are here.
10:30 a.m.
U.S. Senate Chaplain Dr. Barry Black will offer prayer
5:50 p.m.
Aircraft to arrive at Yeager Airport,
Charleston, West Virginia
6:00 p.m.
Casket transported to Robert C. Byrd U.S. Courthouse,
300 Virginia Street, East
Public procession ending at West Virginia State Capitol
Casket moved to Capitol Rotunda
9:00 p.m. - 12:00 midnight

Since the Senate already has a foul odor Byrd's body won't make a difference!

See!! I told you they were going to have him stuffed and stick him in his seat for votes!! The Democratic leaders have all the rest of them on strings so a dead Byrd voting is no big deal either.
