I think that Kagan would be a great teacher of leftist views. I think she would be a great author writing on the values of Socialism as opposed to Democracy. I think she would be an asset as a member of the White House Staff, rubber stamping Obama's socialist agenda. But, as a Supreme Court Magistrate, she is more apt to legislate law from the bench than apply the rule of law to critical social issues.

My greater concern is how so many of this nations political representatives blindly embrace the untested and untried legal socialist mind of Kagan for the highest court in the land. Are they merely blind lap dogs who lick the boots of Obamanation?

This nation and its' people have not yet seen the fullness of the vile evil "change that they can believe in" that is going to become so apparent under Obama's adminstration.

When Obama enacts restrictions upon "freedom of speech" in this nation, I see mass unemployment among the ranks of the television and newspaper reporters who were so instrumental in promoting Obamanations election. What poetic justice! Can men be so stupid and blind? To promote a man to a high political office who will establish propaganda controls throughout this nation which will remove the unbias dissemination of information. Surely, they will have received a just recompense for their ignorance and blind stupidity.

Let us all blindly endorse Kagan for the Supreme Court. I grow tired of seeing all these political bureaucrats who blindly bow down to their little god Obama! For in time, they too will be discarded and cast into obscurity. At least it will reduce our public deficit in paying their undeserved salaries.

I anxiously await the hue and cry of all these blind liberals, progressives, and secularists when they actually realize that their little god has taken away everything they had under the present democracy, despite its failings.

Go Kagan, Go! Build your socialist nation with Obama and his evil minions who have been duped by the master deceiver. Tear down this democracy and build your all powerful oppressive socialist government so that men can be cast into prison, not for what they do, but what they believe and say. A nation that no longer regards the rights of its' people, but demands subjagation and tribute. Let us hurry to embrace the refreshing "change" of Obamanation!

Will it be possible to post her senior thesis "To the Final Conflict: Socialism in New York City, 1900-1933" ?. I think this is probably the most honest insight into her ideological leanings.

How can the Solicitor General defend against THIS federal abuse of power -- or has she, among other high Obama officials, been kept in the dark?

I don't see where this is a particularly prolific, nor particularly informed group of 'writings'. The ones I read seemed to be more ideological than open minded, fair or even based in legal precedent. I'm not believing this is supposed to be considered adequate support for such an appointment by WaPo..

Re: Air jordan(1-24)shoes $33

Not impressed by WaPo's blog tools. When trying to "Report abuse" (the spam above) I get a mailto link? Seriously?

So lame...
