Charlie Rangel's birthday bash
Embattled Rep. Charles Rangel's (D-N.Y.) big birthday gala is slated for Wednesday night in the Big Apple, and the guest list reads like a who's who of New York's political elite (though it's far from clear how many of them will actually show). Entertainment will be provided by none other than the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin Dionne Warwick, who is filling in after Franklin injured herself in a fall.
