Ad of the Day: Texas governor's tarmac letter to Obama

Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) is out with an ad that touts his having handed President Obama a letter while greeting him on the tarmac as part of his work to combat illegal immigration. In the ad, which is aptly called "Border," Perry says: "Securing our borders is Washington's responsibility, but it's Texas's problem. I recently confronted Barack Obama with detailed steps to reduce drug cartel violence along the border."
