Restraint urged in Fort Hood speculation

General George William Casey Jr., chief of staff of the United States Army, said Sunday the Army is conducting a thorough investigation into the mass shooting at Fort Hood Army base in Texas that left 13 dead and 38 wounded, but he stressed that no assumptions should be made surrounding the motives or religious beliefs of alleged shooter Maj.
