Shop for this week's Dinner in Minutes
This is a simple, deconstructed version of chicken Parmigiana tested and endorsed by teenagers -- and the ones in your house can make it tonight. It's from Rozanne Gold's new "Eat Fresh Food: Awesome Recipes for Teen Chefs." The book has 80 recipes and an important message: It's easy to make and eat unprocessed food.
