Kratovil Votes Against Stimulus Package
Newly elected First District Congressman Frank Kratovil was one of only 11 House Democrats to vote against an $819 billion stimulus proposal last week. In a statement explaining his decision, he said "not enough of its spending was focused on immediate, short-term stimulus measures."
