Exact Text of D.C. United Bill

The actual text of the bill to finance the new D.C. United soccer stadium in Prince George's is not yet online--these things sometimes take a few days in the Maryland General Assembly. But a few readers have asked us for the text of the bill, and we aim to please. So, for those who are interested, here is the text of the House version of the bill, HB1282.

(All indications are that the house version, sponsored by Del. Melony G. Griffith, is identical to a senate version sponsored by Sen. C. Anthony Muse)
