"Sister Buddies" Try to Help Each Other Through Tough Times

A new organization called the "Sister Buddy Group" met last weekend in New Carrollton and elsewhere to help support black women through life's challenges. A week earlier, a friend of some of the members was fatally shot outside her church in Silver Spring. Police have charged the woman's estranged husband with murder.
