O'Malley to Discuss Death Penalty on MSNBC
Gov. Martin O'Malley (D) didn't succeed in his high profile attempt this year to repeal the death penalty. But both chambers of the General Assembly have passed some of the nation's tightest restrictions on death penalty cases -- and O'Malley will get some national exposure tonight on the issue. He'll be discussing it live at 9 p.m. on the Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC.
