The Anne Arundel County Council passed two zoning bills Monday night, the first of which County Executive John R. Leopold (R) is expected to veto. Here's how the votes broke down:

Vote #1: A bill to allow zoning for slots at several sites in the county, including Laurel Park racetrack -- but not Arundel Mills mall
