Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Gov. Martin O'Malley will participate in the 10th Annual Baltimore City Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade today.

The General Assembly's Legislative Black Caucus will host a wreath-laying and speech commemorating King tonight at the State House.
