OMalley is nuts. He needs to get the National Guard to use bucket loaders, back hoes, bozers, dump trucks, and clear up the intersections and interstates. This is an extraordinary situation, we need thousands of troopers out there using heavy equipment to supplemtn the sorely inadequate county and city stuff.
