Prince George's County government open for business, with liberal leave
The Prince George's County government reopened Friday after closing for two days due to the storm. The government will have its "liberal leave" policies in effect, meaning some nonessential workers can stay home or leave early. The count's state of emergency remains in effect, county spokesman John Erzen said in an e-mail.
