McDonnell to attend O'Malley's inauguration

Anita Kumar reports on the Virginia Politics blog that Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) will head north Wednesday to attend the inauguration of Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley (D) in Annapolis.
McDonnell, vice chairman of the Republican Governors Association, campaigned for O'Malley's rival, former governor Bob Ehrlich, during the campaign last year. But all that appears to be behind them now, even though O'Malley was just named chairman of the Democratic Governors Association.
O'Malley, who helped raise money for McDonnell's Democratic opponent, state Sen. Creigh Deeds, attended McDonnell's inauguration last January.
