Obviously Sarah Palin is nothing more than a Babbling Idiot!!! Se is one of the reasons so many can not stand the Republican party. Why has the Tea Party catering to her when many she is part of the reason why people are interested in creating a third party. The Republicans are self-destructing.

The message I get from all of this seems to be that we are actually preparing for another World War and Bio/Chemical attacks on our own soil. I do not know of any local authorities or response teams who are prepared or trained to react to such an attack in my own county or state.

Also, where does China stand on this agreement? Do we all forget they are also a Super Power with Nukes. We are not completely in the know about a lot of their capabilities. They have a surplus of money, the largest military, and have broken every agreement they have ever made in the past.

What about space-based weapons and HAARP? What type of unrevealed agreements do we have with those countries who possess them other than ourselves? If all of our high tech weaponry were made useless do to an astrophysical occurrence. Who would gain the military advantage after such an event. Nuclear weapons must consist of some type of delivery mechanism.

reducing the amount of nukes on the planet makes for fewer bombs that can be stolen by terrorists. If you think that the stuff is safely stored you're kidding yourselves. I do wonder, however, where do old nuclear bombs go to die?

Obviously, Palin really has NO CORE values! Everything that comes out of her mouth proves to be (INO~~in NAME only!) She definitely is no Christian. She changes principle with the wind!

Sarah is obviously one of the insignificants in the crowd that screamed :"CRUCIFY HIM!! Crucify him!!"

Not that Obama nears ANYTHING even NEAR Christ, but Palin's crusade and evil, devil mouth is EXACTLY the same as the ignorant people from that crowd!

Sooner or later there HAS to be a video of palin involving using meth or marijuana, with her all goofy and high - I mean, god wouldn't have given us these things right ? if they weren't meant to be used ?

Or worse, if Palin HAD taken office and McCain had died - imagine Palin with nuclear weapons on Iran "Well, God gaves us these nuclear weapons because they were MEANT to be used, otherwise God wouldn't have given them to us."

It's as if Palin and her religious fundamentalist posse NOT so far from the Taliban, except Christian over Islam ? can do or say anything they want and then ? It's "Well God made me do it."

Very disturbing this woman has any presence in the media, most fundamentalists in religion, INCLUDING the hardcore catholics are usually off doing something illicit and then using the veil of the 'holy' to justify them having their way with the world.

Thank you "Irwillis". It's always refreshing to see that EVERYONE didn't drop out of school after 3rd grade. The number of lazy, bored, or simply "gullible" people, who go to the entertainer's FAUX channel and/or entertainer radio programs is SHAME, and a VERY POOR reflection on the failed educational programs in this country!

They're all like Palin~~they squack the words like good little parrots, but they just never study and can't comprehend. SOME have put in the TIME, but they never got "educated" cuz it didn't sink in!

For those with twisted knickers about the President's nuclear position:

Q: What's the difference between a 5 megaton nuke and 5 megatons of incendiaries?

A: radiation

If someone uses chem/bio against us then we could still utterly eradicate them from the face of the planet in about an hour without irradiating their land in such a way that we can't subsequently use their land to bolster our own economy.

Do you guys really think lowering our nuclear arsenal will encourage nations like Iran to abandon nuclear weapons development? Remember what Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in response to Obama's non proliferation treaty on Wed, Apr 7,

"Mr. Obama, you are a newcomer (to politics). Wait until your sweat dries and get some experience. Be careful not to read just any paper put in front of you or repeat any statement recommended," Ahmadinejad said in the speech, aired live on state TV.

Reuters & ABC News: In an interview last night, President Obama responded to former Alaska governor Sarah Palin’s criticism of his nuclear weapons policy, saying, “the last I checked, Sarah Palin is not much of an expert on nuclear issues”

“If the secretary of defense and the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff are comfortable with it, I’m probably going to take my advice from them and not from Sarah Palin,” said Obama.

________________

(Reuters) - President Barack Obama on Thursday made clear he was not going to take advice from Republican Sarah Palin when it comes to decisions about the U.S. nuclear arsenal.

Barack Obama

Palin, the former vice presidential candidate, has not been shy about criticizing Obama's policies and this week weighed in on his revamped nuclear strategy, saying it was like a child in a playground who says 'punch me in the face, I'm not going to retaliate.'

"I really have no response to that. The last I checked, Sarah Palin is not much of an expert on nuclear issues," Obama said in an interview with ABC News.

Pressed further on Republican criticism that his strategy restricts the use of nuclear weapons too much, Obama added:

"What I would say to them is, is that if the secretary of defense and the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff are comfortable with it, I'm probably going to take my advice from them and not from Sarah Palin."

Obama unveiled a new policy earlier this week that restricts U.S. use of nuclear weapons and renounces development of new atomic weapons.

Reagan, yes did this years ago, but the difference with Obama is before he does it he announces to the world that you can use biological & chemical warfare against us but we will not retaliate with nuclear bombs. He probably wouldn't but he would not have announced it. Obama campaigned on transparency but wouldn't do it with the health care bill, but he will do it with our dangerous enemies. Good thinking, huh???

No. Just the feeble mined or completely brain dead. The question is, how many more “get out of jail free” passes will Palin get at Fox? . Sarah is a personality. It is doubtful that she has either an ideological plan or practical plan for getting the nation on track. So far she has proven to be an opportunist. She is good at the smarmy, catty remark that appeals to certain people, but doesn't smack of leadership. Early on she was a supporter of Todd's half baked state's righter organization, but distanced herself from that when she saw that she had national potential. She is a pretty face, and is likely to change her allegiance as necessary to increase support. Any plan will have to come from advisors, and they will have to dumb it down to fit her vocabulary for her to be the talking head conduit.

Oh and I forgot. We are supposed to be afraid of her.

L.O.L.

She is the gift the keeps on giving.

Palin DID NOT CRITICIZE THE NUCLEAR ARMS REDUCTION TREATY WITH RUSSIA!
She criticized the changes in the Nuclear Posture Review.
These are two different things, though both deal with nuclear weapons and happened in the same week.
Other than that, this is media malpractice, and is another example of GETTING THE FACTS WRONG!
Convenient that the false headline sounds bad for Palin: "Palin against cutting nukes". Wonder if a false headline that looked good for palin would ever get through like this.
Not just the Wash. Post, CNN and ABC News among others are doing the same thing, conflating the START treaty and the Posture Review, hoping people's ignorance will let them get away with making it seem that palin is against the treaty with Russia.
And you wonder why we don't trust the lamestream media????

But you trust FOX?.

Don't you read any of the previous comments. We know she was talking about Nuclear Posture Review and if she read it should would know better than to make such a supid statement. She is an airhead.

Why not do this. Use your brain and do some research and stop depending on any one source.

The US and Russia have weapons just as great and powerful as those that are nuclear that have yet been exposed to the public. What type of secret treaties have been agreed upon between the Super Powers concerning the use of them. If a major volcano erupted, say like Yellowstone, the devastation would be just as great as a nuclear attack. Or even a huge earthquake in a major city like Los Angeles. HAARP & Electromagnetic Weapons.

Telnaes got Palin cold. Palin, Bachman, Beck, Limbaugh, Tea Baggers all, "militias" all -- none of them are going to crack the president's unflappability, a great quality in a president. It keeps him clearly thinking in times of greatest stress, like this business with the obviously disburbed Karzai, corruptly elected leader of Afghanistan, and now the revolt/interim government in Kyrgyz, where there's a U.S. military base supplying our soldiers in Afghanistan.

Mr. Obama has more than a plate full, but he'll be able to deal with all everything on it and still vigorously back changes for the better in this country, as he's tackling jobs fresh from his success in the nuclear-reduction pact with the Russians. He's going to be remembered as a great president in objective history books, even if he only gets this term.

Idiots like Palin, Our Lady of the Tea Baggers, can only stand powerlessly on the sidelines and jeer at him. Would they do so if the president were white? Doubtful.

Palin needs to go read the Bible -- there's something in there about turning the other cheek. Or maybe she isn't that kind of Christian. You know, the kind that follows what Jesus taught. Or maybe she isn't aware that American and Russia will still have enough nukes to obliterate the world several times over.

It's just so hard to keep track of everything Palin doesn't know.

I STILL don't know what point Sarah was TRYING to make because her voice is so irritating, it overwhelms the words! Good thing we have Ann to clarify it!!

Obviously Sarah hasn't had TIME yet to study the lesson about Reagan and Nuclear Arms, or maybe she didn't understand it?? It's pretty darn hard to learn a whole lifetime of political history in only one year!

Oh well! So Sarah made a fool of herself, AGAIN!! What's new?

Masterful satire confirming Palin's profound ignorance.
Has she ever heard of Reagan? His name- yes - but does she understand that Obama's current effort to downsize the Nuclear threat is an outgrowth of President Reagan's initial steps to do just that?
No! And don't stay up at night waiting for Hannity/Beck/Limburger to congratulate Obama for this laudable and much needed move.

The level of ignorance and morality of Palin and Fox New's Tea Party rednecks is worn like a badge of honor. Disgusting. Among their numbers are KKK and Aryan Nation types - just look at them and listen to their idiocy. They remind me of the Klansmen that I saw marching in Alabama when I was a child.
