Bio: Robin Givhan

By Christian Pelusi

Robin Givhan won the 2006 Pulitzer Prize for criticism. She has been writing about the fashion industry for the Post since 1995, except for a brief hiatus in 2000 when she went into the belly of the beast and worked at Vogue. She emerged more skeptical of the frock trade, more intrigued by its players, and more convinced than ever that fashion wields inordinate power.
