Pitching Rotations
Nothing is official yet, but the Tampa and St. Pete scribes are reporting that Scott Kazmir will get the Game 1 start, so the first four matchups look to be:
Cole Hamels vs. Kazmir
Brett Myers vs. James Shields
Jamie Moyer vs. Matt Garza
Joe Blanton vs. Andy Sonnanstine
The Rays have to decide whether to stick with 11 pitchers and 14 position players or drop to 10 and 15. Any advice you want to share with Tampa management before the lineups are finalized today?

Is Percival back yet? If so, drop Gomes or Gross or one of their rotating outfielders and put him back in the 'pen.
