From the "Bad Timing" Department ...
Comes this nugget about a Dodgers move that, in any other time, would be seen as a great PR lift. The Dodgers are dropping beer prices at Dodgers Stadium. That's probably all for the best. However, they made a grand announcement about the decrease just a day after the death of Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart, who was killed by a drunk driver. That's not for the best.
In fairness, the team is also decreasing the price of soft drinks, bottled water and its industry first "All you can eat seats," with those seats now costing $25 instead of the previous $35 (they include all you can eat Dodger dogs, soft drinks and nachos).
What do people think? And is this even an issue?
