Moment of Levity: The Big Picture
Something about Bronson Arroyo's exaggerated leg kick is almost beyond comical, both because of it's height and the fact that he's kind of a funny looking guy in the first place. What's more touching is the fact that it works. Really, how can this delivery work? How? And how does he avoid injury? (Chris Carlson/AP)

Well, apparently it takes half a season for him to get his leg kick down. His career ERA before the break is 4.81 compared to 3.90 after.
Guess it takes a while to stretch out that hamstring.
