Moment of Levity: The Big Picture
SO, THAT'S WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE DRILLED BY PEDRO
This is Mets second baseman Luis Castillo, moments after being hit in the elbow by a Pedro Martinez fastball that was traveling in excess of 90 miles-per-hour. Baseball players may still be vastly overpaid, but you can't say they don't pay a price over a 1862-game season, particularly if matchups against Pedro come up more than once or twice. If you think this is a moment of "levity" perhaps you should work for CIA interrogating prisoners.
