MLB playoffs: Giants vs. Phillies
Tonight the San Francisco Giants travel to Philadelphia to take on the defending National League Champion Phillies. Game 1 has been widely anticipated because of the pitching matchup between the Giants' Tim Lincecum and the Phillies' Roy Halladay. As Dave Sheinin wrote in our League Championship Series preview package: "The opener of the NLCS will feature one for the ages."
The game is being televised on Fox (WTTG, Channel 5). For a head-to-head statistical comparison of the teams, click here.
