Morning music: Leonard Cohen is your man
The singing poet, Leonard Cohen, has woven lyrical magic since the 1960s. He turns 76 today and is pretty much a constant on the BlogPost playlist. Cohen is still touring, so if you happen to be in Marseille, France, today, go wish the man a happy birthday.

I am embarrassed to admit I wasn't familiar with Leonard Cohen. (I've led a sheltered life.) But I really enjoyed this. The bluesy beat was just what I needed on such a hectic morning. Thanks!

You're welcome! He's a longtime favorite of mine, but a lot of people don't know his work. They know the covers of his song (most notably Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah), but there is nothing quite like the original.
