Aurora Borealis webcam provides peek at Northern Lights

Today's Daily Diversion hails from the North.
The haunting green glow that dances across the northern skies has captivated people for centuries, but unless you can make your way to Alaska or northern parts of Canada, the Aurora Borealis would be an unseen mystery.
Now, thanks to some crafty Canadian webcam wizardry, you can see the sky show from the comfort of your computer screen. The Canadian Space Agency launched AuroraMax two weeks ago. It streams the Aurora lights live from near the city of Yellowknife in the Northern Territories. The camera is on during night hours only, but there is archival footage, including the top 10 nights.
Take in the show here.
