Subway workout: Get your groove on the Metro

height
Jenny Hein started a Web site called Squeezitin.com. (Susan Biddle/The Washington Post)

We here at BlogPost are big fans of workout videos.

There's the 1987 Crystal Light National Aerobic Championship. A peach of a synchronized step program.

Then there's the Chair Dancing Around the World with Jodi Stolove who has the snazziest purple, full-body leotard ever stitched.

We thought we had pretty much seen it all.

But The Post's Evelio Contreras and Vicky Hallett proved us wrong. Jenny Hein and Brigette Langmade Polmar of SqueezeItIn.com introduced a workout regime that might possibly top them all. They preform a pole dance on the Metro. Okay, it's not quite as scandalous as you might think. But it is pretty delicious. Enjoy....

I really hope this catches on. It will make my commute so much more entertaining.
