Snow day! Cold weather hits D.C., which means... dance party!

Snow is falling on D.C. right now. Schools are shutting down early. So is the government. Sure, it by no means matches the weather in Cleveland, but it's still putting us in a winter-wonderland kind of mood. Just like this guy:
