♪♫ Justin Timberlake exceeds expectations

By Melissa Bell

When Justin Timberlake first came on the scene as one-fifth of a forgettable boy band, I didn't give him much credit. He was a blond-frosted pastry puff made in Disney confectionery heaven. Glorified arm candy for Britney Spears. A VH1 "Where Are They Now?" story in the making. Fourteen years later, Timberlake is in an Oscar-nominated film, is responsible for at least some of "Saturday Night Live's" reemergence as a relevant comedy show and actually makes good music. He turns 30 today. Don't cry, Justin. You're doing just fine.
